"Layah, get up. And I bet not find out ya' late ta' school again." Jr said as he opened my door
I laid there and ignored him
"Jalayah!" He semi yelled
"I heard you, and I wasn't late, I was tardy." I mumbled as I sat up
He chuckled and shook his head
"Look, ma' should be home from work by time you get outta school, but if she ain't, here goes some money. Ima leave it on yo' dresser." He said and left about $50 up there
