New York City.7 A.M (Friday, 22nd March)
It was early in the morning. Paige got up and went to the bathroom. She was feeling really tired and sleepy. She brushed her hair and went straight to the shower. The warm water loosening her tired muscles. She placed on some lipgloss, a thin cat liner and a thin layer of concealer to cover her eye bags. She puts on a tank top, some black ripped jeans and her red converse then she grabbed her backpack and went downstairs
"Morning Mum, morning Dad" she said "Whatchu cookin mum?"
"Oh,morning sweetie, just cooking up your breakfast. A sandwich for you" my mum responds
"Oh cool, hey dad! Whatchu reading?" I asked
"Just the newspaper, a really horrid accident occured yesterday" He answered
Mum turned off the stove, places the egg and ham she fried onto the bread and gave me my sandwich then sat down and drink her coffee.
As I was eating my sandwich, mum said "We have something important to tell you"
I mumbled "What is it?"
"Look, since we always don't have time for you and we're always working, we've decided that you should stay in LA with your Aunt Cassandra and your cousins"mum said
"What! No! I can take care of myself, Im 16, i have been taking care of myself all these years and suddenly you don't trust me?"
"Look we've discussed this issue with your aunt for over a month already,you're leaving this Sunday afternoon whether you like it or not" dad responded
"A month?! And you just told me 2 days before I leave? This is ridiculous!" I said angrily
"We're sorry dear. Its better that way. You'll meet new friends and travel to new places," mum said
"Im done! You guys are pathetic"I stormed off
I ran and grabbed my backpack and went outside.Tears started coming out of my eyes but I wiped it off
Then, Laila and Cassie ran up to me and said "What up bae!!"
"Nothing,the sky? And some random birds I guess" I answered
"You ok gurl? You look like you just cried"
"How the hel..." I said as I suddenly got cut off by Laila
"Ummm hello? We're your best friends. We can sense it from a far" Laila said as we laughed
"If only you guys had the power to" I laughed
"So.. What's wrong?" Cassie asked
"Alright fine.. So my parents told me that I should stay in LA to live with my aunt and my cousins" I said
"What?! Why?! When?!" Laila asked
"Yes, im moving to LA. Why? Its because its not safe here and when? Im going on Sunday" I answered
We all cried for a while but then we wiped our tears and cheered me up a bit
" Heyyy you'll be fine there. You'll meet a lot of viners.. Oooh if you do get to meet Jake Paul get his number for me.. OHH or the Martinez Twins.. I would love Emilio's number too!!" Laila said
