Los Angeles,8 A.M (Monday, 25th March)
"Paigeee Paigeeee!"
I suddenly woke up from dreamland "Yes?" I said tiredly
(Considering yesterday when I arrived here I was too tired to do anything so when I got to my aunt's house, I went straight to bed)
"Its 8 AM!! School starts in 30 mins"
"OMG, I can't be late for the first day of school" I screamed in my head
I hurried to the bathroom, brushed my teeth, did my usual skin care routine as quick as a flash and put on some lip gloss and eyeliner. Fuck concealers, i slept a long sleep and Im quite alright. Then i changed into a pair of ripped jeans and tank top then rushed downstairs
"Bye Aunt Cass!!!" I said
"Bye!! Have fun at school"
I felt like walking to school but I was already late so I decided to use my cousin's bike
Then I arrived at the front gate
Thank god I have 10 more mins to find my class
My class was Classroom 11B and I might get lost trying to find that class but I get the opportunity to explore around more
Then Suddenly someone just bumped into me, Her book fell off
"Im so so sorry" she apologized
"Hey it's okay.. Looks like you've brought a lot of books" I said
"Yeah, tough week, hey.. I've never seen you around here before.. " she said
"Oh emm, I just transfered here.. It's my first day actually" I said
"Oh emm Hi then.. Im Emily.. Known as the smartass in the class" she said while smiling
"Oh hey Smartass Emily.. Im Paige" I said as I laugh
"So you need help getting to your class? You seem lost" Emily said
"Oh yeah.. Definitely.. I need to get to Classroom 11B actually" I said
"Hey, that's where I was going, you're lucky you bumped into me" Emily said
She walked with me to the class while giving me a tour about the school. Though she's probably a smartass and a bookworm, she has a pretty cool personality too. Her outfit was just a sweater and a black jeans while her hair was up in a pony tail
The bell rang just when we arrived at the class
"Well, how do you feel now?" Emily asked
"Im actually looking forward to this since you showed me a tour of the school" I said
"Good.. Let's go in" Emily said
I sat near a girl with short black hair
"Oh emm Hi.. My name's Paige" I introduced myself
"Oh hey Im Jane.. Please don't mind me , I just needa put on some makeup right now " Jane said
"Guess she's one of those Beauty Guru" I said in my head
Then the maths teacher arrived
"Good morning class and you guys are probably aren't aware of this but we have an exchange student"
"Come down her Paige" he said
I felt butterflies in my stomach.. My face were probably red then I finally spoke
"Ummm.. Hey guys... My name.. Is emm Paige.. Paige Porter.. Im from New York and does anyone has questions?" I said in a verg shy voice
"Are you single?" A jock i guess asked judging by the way his body is built.
