“So the rumors were true you really are back” I said with a serious tone in my voice.

“Its nice to see you too, little brother.” He said smirking

Logan, my older brother, was the most problematic wolf in our tribe. He had left long ago. Some say it was because he was banned from the tribe by our father, others say he eloped with a human girl, while others say he left to join the northern wolf tribe which by the way are the strongest and most feared tribe. They are vicious and merciless. I heard they had fighter the king’s best guards and had won. No one dares to confront them or piss them off. I hated Damon, no matter what his reason for leaving was, he left all the charge and duties to me. He was the one who was supposed to be the next tribe leader so after he left all that burden was passed to me.

“So did you miss me?” said Damon looking at me with an evil smile.

“Who would miss you, you should’ve stayed wherever you were this past few years. Dad would not be pleased if he saw you.” I said turning my back on him and walking away.

“You shouldn’t treat your older brother like that especially if you don’t want dad to find out you’re with a human girl” he said.

I turned around and looked at his evil smile. Logan was capable of heading towards dad and telling him all about it. I could feel he was plotting something in that despicable mind of his. Logan has always liked games. The thing is he never plays fair. What was going in that evil head of his? What was he planning?

“I wonder what would happen if someone told dad about you coming to the village for a human girl. I’m sure it would make a great show.” He said laughing.

The anger got bigger and bigger inside of me. I couldn’t handle him anymore. My fist tightened as I walked towards him and punched him. But it wasn’t really effective. He went back a little and threw me one of his wicked smiles as he wiped his bloody lip. I grabbed him by his shirt and pushed him against a tree. I held up my fist as to punch him again.

“Don’t mess with me, I’m not going to play your little games” I said furiously.

He looked at me straight in the eyes with a serious face.

“You don’t have a choice.” He said confidently with his cocky self.

I let go of his shirt and took a few steps back. I could never figure out what was going through his mind. Always getting into trouble and dragging people along with him. Those games of his always ended up hurting everyone yet he never cares. This guy doesn’t have even a little good in him.

“Well, see you around little bro.” he said as he walked away with a smile.

“Damn it, I don’t have a good feeling about this” I said thinking out loud.

Lilia’s POV:

Recently I’ve been having some strange dreams. They feel so real, almost as if they have really happened. In the dream I’m in a forest with a little boy which face I can’t see clearly and he’s giving me a flower then everything goes dark and the dream ends. The dream repeats itself every night causing me to wonder the meaning of it. Its killing me not being able to figure it out. Questions like “who is that boy?” or “why does it feel so real?” fill my mind every day.

I felt so eager and desperate to answer those questions as soon as possible. But how was I supposed to answer this questions? How come this dreams felt more like memories than dream? Unfortunately the person that could answer this doubts of mine was a person that would never talk about the topic. That person would be my father. I knew he got overly sensitive whenever about the past before the accident. But I needed to know so I decided to ask him when he came home during dinner. Since he was always in a good mood when he ate.
