Fairy Tail's Plan

Lucy's POV,

Me and the team were on our way to Magnolia, I didn't really want to do this job but my friends convinced me to do it. They all know my past and what happened, they also think this will be good for me. They think that when I see Fairy Tail, I can finally get over what they did to me, Master always said, "When you're not over it, it holds back your power." So now we are about 2 hours away from Magnolia and my nerves are getting to me, I've been walking the aisle for the past hour now and Zero is starting to get annoyed with me. He says my feet stomp to loud and he's trying to sleep. The rest of them are either sleeping or talking about the job, but Fawn keeps trying to calm me down but as you can tell its not working. Finally Soul sits me down to what I think is a lecture but she just knocks me out. Now we're in Magnolia on our way to the person who listed the job's house, I decided to wear a black cloak that covers my face and body. As we get to the house Soul knocks on the door and a sweet old lady opens it, she invites us in and sits us down to tell us about the bandits we are about to face. As we head out she tells us they like to hang around in the middle of town in the back alleys, my problem is, is that in the middle of town is the Fairy Tail guild hall. As we're walking we hear yelling and foot steps getting closer to us, we see a flash of black as the six bandits run past us, we chase after them trying to catch us and us being dragon slayers we do.

"Ice dragon secret art! Freeze!" Frost yells and freezes the six bandit's feet and arms to the ground.

The six bandits freeze and turn their heads to look at us.

"Well that was easy" Drax snickers and walks towards them.

I follow him towards the bandits and walk around to stand in front of them. I look at them through my see through hood.

"Drax do we want to uncover them?" I ask and look at Drax who is looking at a large, very large, bandit.

"Yea I think we should" He says and reaches up and starts to take off the large bandits hood.

As Drax pulls off the bandits hood i reach for another guy's hood and take it off. But what I see almost tears my heart in two. I see a salmon haired, fire dragon slayer, standing right in front of me. I look over and see the man, white haired, Elfman. The rest of the team comes over and uncovers the rest of them, I look down the line and see my old guildmates. Erza, Gray, Wendy, Mira, Lisanna, Romeo, Gajeel, Levy, Elfman, and Natsu. My heart starts pounding.

"Natsu.... Fairy Tail...." I mumble only loud enough for dragon slayers to hear.

"Wait this is Fairy Tail? Why are they bandits, I thought they were good guys?" Fawn asks and looks at me.

"Hey, ice brain dragon slayer you mind letting us go?! All we wanted to do was meat this guild called War Dragon!" Natsu yells setting his feet on fire to try and melt the ice, but it doesn't work.

Anger boils in my heart as I look at my old guild mates and how they talked to my friend and family. "Just shut it Natsu!" I yell at him.

Natsu looks over at me and glares. "How do you know my name girly!" He yells

"Because I used to be in your guild! You hurt me! You heard one rumor and believed it! You didn't even give me a chance to explain!" I scream in his face, tears streaming down my face.

"Who are you?!" Natsu asks and looks at me weird.

Tears stream down my face more, as I hear his words. He's forgotten me. I reach up for my hood with my right hand where my old Fairy Tail guild mark was once. I pull my hood down to reveal my long blond hair, that had grown out from the 10 years, of course I had cut it every once in awhile but I kept it long.

"L-Lucy?" Erza mumbles

Every member of Fairy Tail standing in front of me freezes, they looked at me as if i've come back from the dead. I put my hood back on and turn around, my eyes sting from crying and my heart feel like it could burst.

"Come on guys, let's go." I command and start to walk away. "We can grab the cash on our way back."

"Wait! Lucy, where have you been!" I hear Erza call, I turn around to look at her, my eyes showing.

"I've been with a family that wouldn't believe one simple rumor" My eyes start to glow a piercing gold as I stare right into Erza's eyes.

Erza freezes, not able to look away. Finally I turn around and wave to the others to follow, we walk to the house of the old lady. She gives us the money and we head to the train station, all of us have gotten over motion sickness from all of our traveling. When we get to the guild hall we report what happened in Magnolia and I head home. All I want to do right now is be alone, I shouldn't have gone on that job. What was I thinking?! You really thought you could handle going back there?! Thoughts just kept flowing into my mind, it's like the dam broke and there's no way to repair it. I broke down right as I stepped into my house, I fell to my knees and cried, I thought about Fairy Tail, My old team, My old friends, and Natsu. He was my best friend, my first crush. I stand to my feet, and walk to my room. I slam the door shut and flop onto my bed, the second I hit my bed I fall into a dreamless sleep.
