The bell rung.Tulip settled in the nook of her chair feeling exhausted. Observing things she expected nonetheless; students who are out of control.
Phones in every hand, music playing, and girls flirting. I'm getting the feeling there is absolutely zero tolerance for education in this room but, the big question is…
Where the hell is my teacher?
Wow, first day and the teacher doesn't show how ironic. Your here to blend in, I told myself so I did like everyone else and pull out my phone. So far i been through all my Newsweek for the month, checked the blog, and found a pokemon in the classroom. What kind of school is this anyway?
The classroom door opens I expected to see a teacher but, no it's a boy. He didn't look like your average male; jet black hair with two studs on his pale face. Definitely not your average anything and certainly the kind I want to stay away from.
The boy looked a little lost as he search the room holding his tardy pass---probably looking for the teacher. I wanted to tell him your not gonna find anything but, I kept my trap closed and put in my earbuds. Tulip closed her eyes listening to the sweet song Waves by Dean Lewis.

"Detention!"
I didn't really know when I fell sleep but, from the look of our teachers reddening face I'd say awhile.
"Everyone detention this afternoon!"
What the hell? Tulip Sat up straighter focusing her attention on the man up front. To be honest he looked stressed; his shirt had armpit stains and sweat ran across the hair line of his blond man bun. Students started protest their punishment until he slammed a book on the table.
"No excuses." He shouted.
From behind Tulip a chair screeched on the floor as someone stood up.
"That's not fair dude. I'm not getting my ass in trouble for them, no way!"
At least someone has their head screwed on right because, it's not right for us when the teacher was late. I turn my head around to find the source of outburst...
"You can go to the principles office young man and my name is Mr. Randy, got it ?"
"Yeah whatever."
It was him. Tulip watched as he shoved items in his bag rapidly and trudge out the door knocking Mr. Randy' s shoulder in the process.
