After running for what felt like hours, we came to a path that was covered with plants.

"I'm so tired... When will we arrive? Wait, where were we going anyways?"

"Haha. We're almost here."

I remember that we walked slowly, and I remember her hair dancing with the wind. Wow, I thought. That smile.

We stopped running when we saw a tree.
"This is it. My world."

I'm sorry, I'm sorry that I'm so stupid that I have to believe everything... I shouldn't have, I shouldn't... Okay, you don't understand anything by what I just said. I'm sorry, its just hard to talk about a miracle after it ended...
Let's move on.

"Your world? A tree? How can a tree be your world?"

"I'll show you. But it might take some time. You'll learn how to live in some
time. First, let's climb my world."

She always called the tree "my world". And in time, I really did, I really did understand why she said that.

We started walking in the grass. She grabbed my hand and I looked down at our hands, not knowing how to feel. I was surprised, then I looked at her. She smiled. I smiled back.

"Isn't the sun so beautiful?"she said.
"I don't know, I mean, yeah it is I guess. I haven't looked at it though. I mean, you can't just look at the-

"That's what I'm trying to teach you,Marcus. You don't need to look at things to know they are beautiful. Just feeling is enough."

I remember that shock I had, the one I had whenever she said something beautfiul like that.

"I-I guess you're right."
"Yeah."

One of the things she had thaught me was that you could love, without feeling it back. You could love without hurting, and still feel the love you gave.

We came very close to the tree. I was scared to death, because I had a fear of heights.
She must have sensed it, cause she said
"What is it, kiddo? Aren't you supposed to be brave?"

"I..yeah."
"I swear, once we get up there, you'll forget all of your fears."
"O-Okay.."

I was shaking, she let go of my hand.
She started climbing, and I stood there, frozen.

"Come on, you can do this."
I looked up, and I was terrified.
I took a step, and another. One more, one more. Before I could realize what I was doing, I was up there.

"See? I told ya you could do it."
She smiled once more, looking at my terrified face. Then, she looked high above.

"I have a surprise for you."
"What is it?"
"Come next to me."
She was sitting on a dangerous place, but my fears dissapeared when I was with her.

I crawled next to her.
"Good. Now close your eyes."
I did what she said.

"Look down."
"Whoa."

When I looked down, I saw the sea. I don't know if it was because I was with her, but the sea looked prettier than before.

"This place is amazing. When did you come here? And how did you find it?"

"I have this thing for adventures, you know. I came here when my parents told me we were moving here."

"But I don't get it, how can you go to wherever you want? What do your parents say about this?"

"They don't know. Plus, you don't need to worry about that. I' a dreamcatcher. I go wherever I want."

I didn't understand what she meant back then. I know you don't either, but you will. I promise.
