I was waiting for her to be open her eyes and I could just hug her but when she opened her eyes it was yet another shock for me. she looked at me confused as of she never knew me and asked me that who was I? How could she forget ME afterall I was the love of her life and her HUSBAND she cannot do this to me.I thought it was just an effect of the operation but when she recognised her mom and all other family members it came to me as the biggest shock of my life. I stood there as emotionless . How could she forget me afterall we were inseparable and we had a connection from heart to heart. Later I got to know from tje doctor that some part of her memory was lost due to the treatment and unluckily it was only me she didn't remember. I felt that life had no meaning left ,the love of my life the reason for my existence didn't remember me but I was helpless and stood outside the room staring her from the small window of the room and making sure she could not notice me but she did and I had to pretend to be the doctor because telling her about me was not the right thing to be done.....
