Harry stared at the road ahead of him. He clutched the wheel of the car as hard as he could. He had never felt so betrayed in his life, everything he knew just went down the drain. The people he felt safe with, threw him out. It hurt him to leave his childhood home behind, he felt a peng in his chest as he kept looking back at the road that was too familiar.

How could I leave my mum like that?

That question echoed in his mind as he was leaving. His mum wasn't the one that pushed him away but, Harry was gone before his mum could utter a word.

Vikk was shaking his seat. This all happened too fast. Vikk couldn't help but think that this all his fault. He thought that, him and Harry was just a mistake. Vikk knew that his family was strictly religious. What if Harry left me? Vikk thought.

Vikk could see that image in his mind. Harry dropping him like he was nothing, leaving him for a beautiful girl. Vikk knew Harry deserved better than him. No matter how many times Harry denied it, Vikk knew it wasn't good for Harry to be with him.

Vikk noticed Harry clutching the wheel and placed a comforting hand on his knee. The car came to a red light, Harry stopped the car. He looked at his boyfriend and Vikk gave him a side smile, in an attempt to comfort him.

"I-It's going to be o-okay." Vikk stuttered out

Harry's eyes narrowed and his facial expression changed. "How can you be so sure about that?" He paused, "My own fucking parents threw me out."

Vikk looked down, "I-I'm sorry."

"It wasn't your fault, it-"

Vikk cut him off, "But it is Harry! If we had never gotten together this wouldn't have happened! Maybe this was just a mistake."

Harry softened his look, "Hey, this was not a mistake. It could be far from it. I want to be with you Vikk." He paused, "This was my decision and I have to accept the consequences, no mater how bad they are. I can take it." Harry said putting on a brave face, in an attempt to comfort Vikk.

Vikk saw through his brave face.

Vikk placed his hand in Harry's, "I-It's gonna be okay H-Hazza."

Harry was growing teary eyed and quickly blinked his tears away. He didn't respond, he clutched Vikk's hand as hard he could while the other was placed on the car wheel. The car was silent. Neither of them spoke a word, they just enjoyed each other's company.

Harry was slowly breaking, and Vikk needed to be there for him.

Harry just kept driving, he kept driving until they reached the place Harry wanted to go to. They drove past the wide ocean, with the rocky terrain outlining the land. Harry stopped the car. The place was empty, no one else was there. Harry got out of the car and walked over to the hanging cliffside. He sat down, with his legs dangling over the edge, and the water splashing under him.

It was a long drop.

Vikk got out of the car cautiously and stood next to Harry. "I'm not gonna jump." Harry mumbled

"I didn't t-think you were going t-to." Vikk stuttered taking a seat beside him.

They both took in the view. The beautiful sun setting, the sky going from a sky blue to a pink, then to a purple. They watched as the sun hit the water, the reflection appeared on the crystal blue ocean.

"It's beautiful." Vikk commented

Harry sighed, "Yeah. I used to come here all the time, sometime by myself, sometimes with my family. I would just, sit here, and take in the view. I would think a lot here. This was like my safe place." He explained. Vikk rested his head on his boyfriend's shoulder, "I wanted to bring you here. I wanted to show you this beautiful view, I wanted to share this with you."

"Thank you." Vikk mumbled

"You're welcome, my star." He placed a loving kiss on his forehead. They took each other's hand tightly and they looked out into the wide ocean, and they thought that, maybe everything would be okay.
