"Fuu~ hahh~ T-Touka~" Kaneki moaned as he and Touka were in the bedroom, doing forbidden acts behind Kaneki's lover's back.
Cas was supposed to be gone all night, taking care of business with the Ghouls in the 23rd ward. She was sad to leave Kaneki alone for another night, but she had a job to do as the queen of ghouls. "Hm..Ayato, do you mind taking care of meetings, I want to go spend sometime with Kaneki. It's been awhile since we had a good night."
"Huh? Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you," Ayato started. He put his hands behind his head and leaned against the wall in the room we were in.
She looked away from the ghoul sitting in front of us, to Ayato's direction. "Forgot to tell me what?" Curious with what he was talking about, she started gripping the pen in her hand.
"Touka went over to your house to hang out with him, I guess. That's what she told me." Ayato answered.
Her blood boiled at that name. Touka... She gripped the pen tighter and it busted in my grip. Ink poured all over her hand and on to the table. "She's doing what?! Why is that bitch over at my house?!" Cas stood up and threw what was left of the pen, into the cement wall.
Ayato jumped at her sudden reaction. "She's probably just playing some board games, don't worry to much about sis." He tried to calm Cas down by placing his hand on her shoulder.
Cas gripped his hand with her the ink stained one, and crushed all the bones and ligaments. "Take. Care. Of. The. Job." She said in an angered tone.
"Y-yes ma'am....!" Ayato yelped,
Cas let him go and stormed out of the little building where her and Ayato meet up in. Cas glared as she ran down the street. Her kakugan activated. Tears filled her eyes as she thought of the worst.
Kaneki met Cas six years ago, when he was first turned into a half ghoul. Cas was the only one who understood him at that time. She would climb through his house window, just to tell him that he's strong and that the world needed more people like him. They became best friends soon after they met. But then Touka came along. She would constantly abuse Kaneki whether it was at work or off the clock. Then she started to flirt with him for no reason. Kaneki and Cas weren't a thing back then, but it still made her skin crawl. She confronted her many times, told Touka to back off before something bad would happen. Touka never listened.
-Flashback-
"Slut!" Cas yelled in the café, causing many customers to turn and watch. "Fucking slut!" She screamed again, pointing a finger at the blue haired girl, who had her fingers all over Haise Sasaki.
"Oh, you're still alive? I thought Arima killed you and Kaneki both." She said standing up straight.
Cas came to the café to meet up with Haise."You know damn well we didn't! Get your Fucking hands off my fiancé! He's marrying me dammit! Not some whore!!" Cas showed her the ring that was placed on her finger by Haise.
"C-Cas...please calm down." Haise tried to get her to stop. "You're causing a scene.." He whispered and grabbed her hand.
"YOU WANT TO FUCKING FIGHT, YOU DUMB BITCH?! I WON'T LET YOU HURT HIM EVER AGAIN, YOU FUCKING PIG!! I'LL RIP YOUR TITS RIGHT OFF BITCH!!" Cas lashed out at Touka and almost activated her Kagune before Haise pushed her up against a wall and covered her eyes.
Her Kakugan was activated and he wasn't risking the chance of humans seeing. "I'm so sorry Touka-chan..n-nice seeing you again!" Haise smiled and dragged her out.
Cas was still screaming with a mix of crying as he pulled her into a corner where no one was around.
"What was that all about?!" Haise asked, cupping her face in his hands and wiping her tears.
"I don't like her! She'll try to take you away from me! I don't want you to love her, only me!" Cas cried and choked on her words.
Haise flicked her lightly in the forehead. "Idiot...that will never happen. I only love you, no one else. Besides, we should be happy, we're getting married next week! Nothing but smiles okay?" He smiled brightly at her.
Cas nodded and smiled back after rubbing her eyes. "O-okay....I promise."
Haise kissed her forehead and they laced their fingers together and continued on with their date.
-End Flashback-
"That Fucking bitch! He's mine! MINE!" Cas screamed as she got closer to the house. A trail of smoke could be seen as she screeched to a halt. Cas huffed and sweat rolled down her face as she stood behind the front door. She opened it and saw all the lights off. It was quiet at first.
"Oh~ Kaneki~~!!" A familiar voice was heard from Cas's own bedroom.
She clenched her fists and grabbed Haise's old Quinque he used when he was a part of the CCG. They kept it for safety reasons. Cas huffed as she opened the door to see Touka ridding on top of Kaneki.
"C-Cas!!" Kaneki yelped and pushed Touka away. "I...She seduced me. She attacked me and started kissing me--"
"Shut up...." I muttered.
"Cas--.."
"I SAID SHUT THE FUCK UP!!" Cas held up the Quinque and aimed it at Touka. "You....YOU FUCKING WHORE!!" Cas screamed before she brought the weapon down across Touka's chest. Cutting off Touka's right breast.
"AAAGGGGHHHH!! FUCKING BITCH!" Touka screamed and held her wound in pain.
"Cas! Stop!" Kaneki tried to hold her back.
Her Kagune activated and impaled Kaneki.
Kaneki lost feeling in his legs and fell to the floor.
"That will show you bitch. I told you to stay away from Kaneki. You just couldn't keep your slutty hands off of him." Cas's Kagune covered her and Cas turned into a kakuja with a strong armor and long tails.
"C-cas... you don't have to do this..!!" Touka pleaded as she held her chest.
Cas gripped her left breast and ripped it right off, sending Touka in another screaming fit. She tossed it at Kaneki and grabbed her hair. "You still have the the ring on..you bastard." Cas impaled Touka in the stomach as she looked at the ring in Kaneki's finger. Cas's tails pulled out her intestines and crushed her heart from inside her chest.
Kaneki was scared, knowing he was next.
Cas dropped the body and gripped Kaneki's hair. "Why...WHY DID YOU LIE TO ME?! I GAVE YOU EVERYTHING!" Cas slammed his head into the floor multiple times, a pool of blood started to form. "I LOVED YOU AND TOOK CARE OF YOU!! BUT NOW...NOW I FEEL NOTHING BUT HATE!! I do not love you Ken Kaneki. NOT ANYMORE!!" Cas pulled on his head and bit his neck, ripping his head off his body and then cutting off the finger with the ring on it.

"I haven't heard from our queen in a while..." Tsukiyama muttered to himself. As soon as he stopped talking, a knock came from his study doors. "Enter." He ordered.
A maid walked in with a sliver platter and a cover over it. "The queen brought this and asked it be given to you right away. She seemed like she just saw her husband die! Her face was pale and the only thing you could see in her eyes was insanity!" The maid spoke.
Tsukiyama let the plate be placed in front of him. He grabbed the handle of the cover and pulled it off, before dropping it to the ground in a panic. "M-My King! This is...Kaneki'?!" Tsukiyama stared at the pile of flesh on the plate. He was shocked at the present and called Ayato. "A-Ayato! Have you seen the queen?!"
"Yeah, she just dropped off a plater. I haven't opened it yet. She looked like she was about to burn the whole city down, if you ask me. Why do you ask?" Ayato said on the phone. He grabbed the handle and pulled the cover off. "AA-AAAAAAAAHHHH!!! T-TOUKA ?!" Ayato screamed at the sight of her head.

Cas sat in her bead room, stroking Kaneki's blood stained, white hair. She also heald his heart in one hand. "Ehehehehehehehe, now you can't hurt me ever again~"
