So, as it turns out, thinking about Liam wasn't a hard job to accomplish.

For the past week we texted each other non stop and he picked me up that Thursday after practice to drive me out to the beach.

Everyone of Alair's friends, Luke, Pru, and myself all went to a small scrimmage between Liam's team the next day and I cheered so loud that I lost my voice for two days.

And although everyone could notice the bitter way Alair treated me, I still couldn't get him out of my head.

The hard truth was that he barely talked to me after the party incident except when Pru force his hand today after our trip to the mall.

"Why the hell are you being so rude to my friend?" She shrieked when he bumped my shoulder as we passed in the hall and he made no effort to apologize.

He gave me a look that I couldn't quite detect the meaning of as he bit out a quick "Sorry," and ran down the stairs to meet up with the whore he called his girlfriend.

Between everyone in the group, we all knew that she was messing around with Cyrus, who was always sucking up to Alair, but no one said anything.

We all knew he knew, we just didn't know why he was still with Dixie when she would two time him with one of his good friends.

My phone chimed with a new text and I smiled from the distraction of Liam's name.

"Is that your new boo thang trying to lay down the D?" Pru asked as we entered my room with a bump of her hip to mine.

I blushed at her term for sex. We used it all the time at home but saying it that way while talking about Liam felt a little weird.

Liam and I had become great friends in the last week and a half and I felt extremely guilty for not telling Prudence the truth behind our relationship but I also felt it was a necessity to keep her clueless about her brother and I.

As the blush receded from my cheeks I rolled my eyes. "Who says he hasn't already." I smiled when she slapped my arm.

"You would have told me Quinn and you know it. Remember that time you gave Corbin Carter head for your first time?"

My cheeks heated up again and I covered her mouth with wide eyes. "We don't speak of that!" I released her and headed to my closet to put away the few dresses I had just purchased.

Pru was the only one to know about my incident with Corbin.

Corbin Carter was the biggest flirt in our school and was rumored to have the biggest package.

Back in my shy, virgin years, he was the almost friend with benefits that got me out of my shell with sex.

One day we hung out after school and he drove me home. Unexpectedly he came in and one thing led to another as we lounged around in my room. We almost went all the way but he was too big and it hurt when he tried to press in.

Shamefully, when Hector and I started up I couldn't help but laugh at how much of a difference there was between the two, because let me tell you, that rumor about Corbin's package was no lie.

"I'm so glad that was all we did though." I muttered. "Remember when you told me he was still with What's-Her-Face."

"Michelle Tomms." She stated with a nod as she plopped down on my bed. "I thought you would be pissed that he had a girlfriend. I know how you feel about cheating."

How I felt about cheating. I thought, bit didn't say.

I shrugged again. "I guess I was glad he was with her. I wasn't like obsessed with him and that helped, but, I don't know," I rolled my eyes and kicked my heals as I climbed into the bed with her.
