My Prince

Chapter 2!!

~Levi's P.O.V.~

"Your highness, the King has sent me to tell you, you must attend the ball tonight." Jean says while opening Levi's bedroom door. I sigh. "Haven't you ever heard of knocking?" I give him a glare while giving my shoes to have Jean shine them.

'I have been dreading going to this ball. I don't want to go, I don't see why Eyebrows thinks he has the right to make me get engaged to someone I haven't even met.' I think to myself while Jean looks at me with a worried look.

"Do I have to attend this ball? I can't stand the two annoying twins that always try talking to me in the kingdom." I said still glaring at him.

Jean nodded "I know your Highness, but you must" I glared once again "Fine but I won't make any promises ." Jean bowed then left.

~Eren P.O.V.~

I handed Mikasa her red scarf and she said I could be done for the day. Petra walked in between me and Mikasa. "Should I wear the pink dress or the blue dress?"

"The pink one" Mikasa sneered Petra looked angrily at her. "Why! Don't I look good in blue!?" She says angrily while stomping her foot.

"I'll choose the blue one because you have terrible taste and I actually want Prince Levi." She stuck her tongue out then turned around, and Mikasa glared at her.

"Excuse me ladies, but what are talking about? What are you attending this evening?" I asked quietly. "No where!" They both yelled in unison startling me.

I quickly walk out of their room to Grisha's. I knock waiting for a response. "Come in." I open the door slowly then ask "Where are the girls attending tonight?" He smirks while standing up from his chair.

"Why... Prince Levi is having a ball this evening for his engagement." My face lights up in amusement. "May I attend as well?" the smile that was once on my face dropped once he started chuckling.

"Why would a slave like you attend a beautiful ball like this?" He says darkly.

"B-but I finished all my chores.." I say with a sad expression.

"You have far too many chores to finish." he said pulling out a huge scroll full of chores. "Now get out I need to get ready for the ball." He says while pushing me out of his room.

I run out of the house to the Sakura Tree.

~Levi's P.O.V.~

"You can't keep controlling my life! I'm 18!" I yell to Erwin.

I storm out of the castle.

I walk on the path down to the big Sakura Tree. I know this sounds weird but Sakura Tree's calm me.

Once I arrived I see a young figure underneath it. I start walking closer to see who it is. I get closer and try seeing what he's looking at.

Without realizing it I'm shoulder to shoulder with him both looking down to see a gravestone imprinted "Carla Jaeger." I look back up to see a painful expression on the male's face.

"T-that's my mother" he said in between sobs looking away. Doing the first thing that came to mind I pulled him into a tight embrace "I'm sorry you lost your mother" I say quietly.

He looked back up with a smile as I let go "No it's fine I lost her about ten years ago I shouldn't be sad." As I look at him the only thought that's going through my mind 'He's beautiful.'

I blush slightly, but then I realize he must not recognize me. "S-so will you be attending the prince's ball tonight?" I mutter out while looking back so he can't see the blush on my face.

He opened his mouth to answer but was cut off by of my royal Duke calling me "Your Highness" he yelled before I quickly turned around to shut him up.

The boy gasped then said "The prince must be around here, I must go I wouldn't want him to see someone like me" he frowned before running off "No wait!" I yell, but it's too late.

"Oh prince Levi I found you we have to go the ball it's about to star-" he went silent when I gave him the most evil glare I could "D-did I interrupt s-something your Highness."

I started walking in the direction of the castle 'What did he mean by someone like him, I really hope he will be attending the ball, and if he does... I think I have chosen my bride.' I smile as I arrive at the castle.

~ Eren's P.O.V. ~

I walk back to my house smiling but once I arrived I see Grisha and the twins walking out.

Watching them get into the carriage on their way to the ball going to the ball. I walk into the kitchen and see the list of chores I "didn't" do.

'Why can't I go to the ball?? I finished all my chores and Gersha just gave me even more just so I couldn't go!' I think to myself as I crumple up the list.

I walk out into the backyard and lay out on the grass while looking at the stars. 'The stars are so pretty but they make me think of the past when me and mom used to gaze up at the stars..." I cover my eyes in an attempt to not to cry.

"Are you alright?" A soft voice asks me, I panic and shot up from the grass to see who ever spoke to me.

I look around in the dark and see a figure standing up against the fence. I walk over to the figure.

"Can you lend me some change my fine boy?" The figure said while holding out a shaky old hand. "Oh, Of course!" I said while running inside to grab some spare change.

When I gave the money to the man he thanked me, but before I could say anything he suddenly started sparkling. "W-what's going on" the once old man turned into a handsome young man.

"You made the right choice" he said smiling.

"You shall go to the ball!" He giggled slightly jumping with excitement.

"B-but look at my clothes... They won't let me inside!" I said while grabbing the ends of my worn out t-shirt.

"Just let the wand do the work." The Godfather said while waving his wand. Eren had no idea what was happening until he looked down to see a gorgeous dark blue suit on him! As Well as white gloves with golden trim.

"Wow! This is so beautiful" I say while looking at the outfit.

"Call me Armin." He said with a happy smile on his face.

"But my magic only works until midnight so all of this will be gone by the stroke of twelve. I hope that will be enough time?" Armin said to me with a worried look.

"I hope so too! Wait how will I get there?" I ask.
Then Armin waved his wand once again and the same spark of light was behind me. I look behind me to see a sparkly blue pumpkin carriage awaiting me.

"Go on, the carriage awaits..." Armin said smiling.

I hop into the carriage and we arrive there a couple minutes late.

'Please say they'll still let me in.' I thought to myself as I get out of the carriage and walk towards the castle.
