Spring Break

"Avaline! Get down here right now!" I heard my cousin yell. I was overly scared of my cousin, he would he so flirty, then he would be so rude, an ass hole.

I hold my head to the ground, as I reach him. "Yes?"

"When's your Summer Break?" he creaks. "Uh. It started today, why?" I ask, holding back everything I got.

"Because, we are going in Vacation, we are going to New York, but. We leave tomorrow night," he pulls my chin up, pushing his body on mine.

"What are you doing?" I yelp. "Come on Avaline, you like this," he smiles, kissing my cheeks.

My phone stopped him from getting an further.

"I have to get this," I push him off me, and book it to my room. "Avaline! Get your ass down here!" he screams over and over again.

I instantly lock my door, running to the corner, and climbing under my bed.

"Hello?" I whisper into my phone.

"Avaline, what's going on?" One of my best friend coo. "Hiding," I whimper. "He tried again."

"Sneak out the window, come to my house, my mum is taking me to Cali, to visit my dad for Summer break, I already invited Iris. And my mum said I could also take you, if you want..." I begin to smile, my smile grew as I thought of it.

"I'd love too!!" I whisper, so very excited, I have to thank Kyleigh once I get to her house for inviting me.

I jog to my drawers, and pull out everything. I hope we get lost there, and never come back. But I do have about 1 month to be free from this douche, and he will never know where I am. Hopefully.

"Avaline, I want to apologize,'' he tries to sound innocent, I've fell for that to many times. "Oh no Gage, it's fine," I giggle. "Is there a boy in your room?!" he shouts.

"Why would there be?" I snap, stuffing clothes in my suit cases and back packs.

"Because your so attractive." he laughs. "Thanks," my cheek should have went red, but he is my own COUSIN?! He is so creepy.

"Imma go downstairs, meet me down there soon," he snickered, hopping down the stairs.

Why'd my parents have to leave me with this douche? Just because Florida is a great state, doesn't mean I should have moved with him!

My parents were having money provlems, and couldn't take care of me anymore. But I had a job, giving my mom half of my pay check for groceries, the other half for college. Yet, I'm going to California, so I'm going to take money out of my college fund.

I open my window a curtain amount, making sure I was able to quietly climb out.

Gage has had a fire in the house, so he put a ladder against the side of the house, if there was a fire, I could get out easier.

I let all my bags all to the ground, which consumed 12 or 13 feet.

The ladder had grass, flowers, and vines covering it. I made my way down the ladder, trying not to fall over.

Once I reached the ground, I picked up all my luggage, and texted Kyleigh.
