Draw a base. There are many bases, others are liek boxy, but I use the stick man base.

Add the body. You basically add the meat/flesh to your oc and erase the base. Don't do clothes yet. You also can adjust the body shape and such.

Add the clothes. Just do a rough sketch of the clothes, and take in mind that loose clothes don't stick.

Erase the lines and leave the clothes.

Add the face. First, you add the eyes, ten base the hairline on where the eye is. You also should/can go over the base shape of the head for the hair, like the hair can be above the circle you drew.
