The bodyguard was a big buff man standing at about 5'11 with dark brown hair he walked up to you and [f/n] as he grabbed the tickets from the lady and escorted you to a small room with a table and chairs in the middle, he told you guys to sit down and you did as you were told.

He walked back out of the room and close the door behind him.

2 minutes later another man walks in, he was in a black suit and he was holding your  tickets he sat down on a chair in front of you  and [f/n]. You sat there looking at him kind of confused cause you didn't know what was really going on until he started to speak
"where did you guys buy these tickets?" Je said in a rough voice
You replied with
"we bought them online on some website we found"
he asked you "do know what the website was called?"
I grabbed my phone from my pocket and show him the website. he scanned the website very closely with his eyes , he placed the tickets on the table and told you they were fake.

You had no idea. He then asked how much you spent on the tickets.
You said "$420"
for both of them"

he got up and said  "well I am sorry but you guys can't see the concert since they're fake and I'm sorry about your money lost but we can't do anything about it"

He got up and Opened the door,He walk you guys out of the small room you were  walking down the hallways and as you were leaving you could hear people screaming and loud music playing you were missing the whole  concert because you got fake tickets and didn't know.
