I look around to find the horrible smell of something burning.

"C/NNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"THE PANCAKES ARE BURNT!"

"OH NOOOOOOOO! I was proud of those.."

I laugh at his face and continue to focus on the burnt pancakes.

"It's okay, We'll just make new ones and not burn them."

"We made pancakes!"
