Running out of time

The New School

 Hi my name is Ella. I  was a 12 year old ordinary girl. Then one day at the park very early in the morning it was unusual.  So of course at the park I saw something unmistakeable it was a time machine. When I saw the time machine I was really scared so i started to scream at it.It had been an hour and still nothing happened so i called my mom to come and pick me up by the bushes. My mom found me and it was time for school by the time I got home. I had to hurry up and get ready. I can't be late on the first day of school I just can't be. 

My mom was talking to me but I didn't hear her at first but when she said I was at school. I said 

"Thanks mom for getting me". 

My mom said" No problem." 

I  was running down the hallway when the meanest kid came up to me and said

" Hi I'm Michelle I have a few rules new kid" 

" O............K" I said a little startled.

 " Rule 1 No talking to me at all unless were partners for something, 

Rule 2 Don't even look at me at all!" 

"YOU GOT IT"

 "And Rule3 if you look at any of my friends I will be the nasiest thing you ever knew in your whole life." 

I said "Ok miss bossy pants you know what looks like your friends are scared of you now that you told me the rules so don't worry I won't bother you or your friends at all" "Hope you have great day."

"Well I got to go" I said before Michelle said anything back to me . 

I was running down the hall and I ran straight into a boy. Now what I said in my head. But he was nice I guess as far as I'm concerned he asked if I was ok? Is he a friend of Michelle's hope not he's way to cute for her.

" Hi" I said without realizing that I said that.

He said " Hi back to me" "Well I'm okay thanks for asking" I said back. 

" Oh of course how stupid am I. I'm  George." He said. 

" Well it's nice to meet you George. My name is Ella Stone." I said. George looked a little stunned.

" I'm supposed to meet this new kid" he said.  I said " Well looks like we just meet each other. So you know that mean girl  Michelle she's really mean" George gave me a smile and said " Yeah I guess I mean you can get used to it or stand up to her. Depends on how she is that day."

" Well I have to get to class do you know where room 789 is" I said. 

" That's the room I'm in to." He said. " I can walk you there if you want."

" Sure" I said kindof happy. 

As we started walking he asked me some questions like where are you from and do you play sports. I didn't answer him though I was too busy wondering how school would start and end.

 I answered one question though that one was if i had any new friends at this school so I replied " No " He said " I'll be your friend then" I said " Okay thanks".

We finally got to class and this teacher everyone said was going to be great. But you know I was the new student so i honestly really didn't know about that yet. 

I said to George" Kind of nervous to be here" He just smiled and said " It will be ok. Don't worry so much." 

I smiled back and saw him walk away to his friends.
