Glancing around the room, everyone's sitting on the red couches. For some, they're haunting, the colour of blood seeps into their dreams. Making them slowly lose their sanity. To me, it's just a reminder of my daily duties and those sitting on them are clearly able to cope. They're chatting, voices low. After finishing a sentence a few of them may glance at me before continuing. There are four of them, two on each couch. All girls, it's the hang out for them, me and Luke. Luke isn't contributing to their conversation, just eavesdropping. What he does best.

The girls all have their hair in a high ponytail, including me, it is what we call part of our uniform. Hair out of your eyes and black clothing to hid into the shadows. Some girls reveal a little more to become someone who flirts information out of the opponent. This hangout is for what we call 'The Crew' because we are the top. No one can beat us, the ones above us can rely on us. Even though I am the youngest, I am an equal.

Charlie is blonde and has been in the business the longest, she's 24. Joy is 19, black hair and has been in the business four years. Then there is me, Romy and Luke. We've been here around 2 years, which means we do well and have earned trust. Romy has brown hair, a darker shade than mine. Whereas Luke has blonde hair and mostly talks with me. The girls sometimes talk about fashion and style but they can never really be truly into fashion, or they would've chosen a different career. This isn't for the weak-hearted.

Luke starts shouting at me, I don't understand. Who in their right mind would shout at me? He walks over to me whilst attempting to put 'swag' into it, he fails and just looks like an idiot. Of course, I wasn't to tell him that. He'd stop trying. What's so important that he shouts at me? I'm only across the room. Sure, I'm not listening. So what?

"Aren't you listening?" Luke asks when he reaches me.

"To what?" I snap.

"The conversation," he says, slowly as if he is spelling it out for me. I roll my eyes.

"Blah, blah, blah. Clothes. Blah, blah, blah. Fashion. That sounds right?" I say sarcastically.

"Not this time. They were talking about Jade Booker," this time Luke's voice has a hint of concern in his voice. Well thank you very much mister!

"Look! Jade is my sister, we all know that! What on Earth is so special about her?" I shout, catching the attention of Romy, Joy and Charlie. Luke seemed to step back to let the girls explain, after all he had the most well-known weakness.

"Sit," Charlie ordered. Sending her a quick glare, I sat next to her. We may work together but she gets to organise who does what within the group. We're still treated as equals, even though she's effectively above us. I nod for her to continue.

"We've been given an assignment," Joy starts.

Cutting in, Romy says," You're not involved." This shocks me, the last time I wasn't involved was at the start of my career.

Joy continues," We are to kidnap Jade Booker, and keep her here. She's been involved with some parties, not the worst part. Her parents however promised us they'd give us monthly payments of £5,000 or we can take their first-born."

Charlie takes over, being the one who knows everything about the file," She also has something in her blood that makes her stronger, much, much stronger. We want this. So does Snake and Claw. We have one thing they don't have. You," she puts emphasis on the you," You, we believe have the same drug in your blood. We know you can disappear, like that." She clicks her fingers.

"It's possible that because of your sister's birth had a few problems all of it didn't go to her. You got the most, you've had training and she is weak. We are the ones to kidnap her, well the girls except you," says Luke. He continues," There's another case. One we are working on."
