I'm not suicidal
But all the days run together into one emotionless blur
I'm not suicidal
But I can't sleep at night because of the nightmares
I'm not suicidal
But I don't look forward to anything anymore
I'm not suicidal
But I don't want to get attached to people because I know someday one of us will leave
I'm not suicidal
But I can't think of how my life will be when I'm older because I like to think realistically
I'm not suicidal
But the voices in my head are louder than my own
I'm not suicidal
But I don't feel anymore. I've slid the blade across my skin and seen the blood just so I can feel alive
I'm not suicidal
But I am so deep in this hole of depression and anxiety I can't see light anymore from the bottom
I'm not suicidal
But I don't see the point in living
