Nightmares

Krisslynn's P.O.V.

This was the part I hated, going to sleep. I hate going to sleep because I get horrible nightmares, well lets just see how tonight goes.

~~~~~1 hour later.~~~~~

Walking. I was walking, down a long hallway. I couldn't stop my feet, I just kept walking. I kept walking until I started to smell the disgusting stench of cigarette smoke and alcohol, then I stopped walking. I felt like someone was watching me, so I turned around and came face to face with the man I hated the most, my father. He started walking towards me, I tried to run but my feet felt glued to the floor. So instead I used my only defense, screaming.

Louis' P.O.V.

I was sound asleep until I heard an ear piercing scream. I shot up out of bed and ran out my room into Krisslynn's room followed by the other boys.

"Whats wrong?! What happened?!" I asked alarmed. She just shook her head with tears streaming down her face. I went over and sat down beside her and pulled her into a hug.

"Krisslynn, can you calm down and tell me what happened?" I asked.

"I-I-I, I had a nightmare." She said.

"Do you want to tell what it was about?" I asked. She shook her head slightly.

"Krisslynn, please. You can trust me." She hesitated for a moment then looked up at me.

"You promise I can trust you?" She asked.

"I promise."

"Ok, well I was walking down a long hallway and I couldn't stop and when I started to smell cigarette smoke and alcohol I stopped. I kept feeling like someone was watching me, so I turned around and came face to face with my dad. He started to walk over to me so I tried to run away but I couldn't so I screamed. And the bad part about it is I have these types of nightmares every night, not the same one but one where I wake up screaming." She said with tears streaming down her face.

I didn't say anything, I just pulled her into a hug while a tear left my eye and slid down my face.

"Well Krisslynn, its late and we have a big day in the morning so go back to sleep ok?" I said breaking the silence.

"Ok" She said. I got up off her bed and went to the door.

"Louis wait." She said. I turned around. "Can you stay with me tonight, please?"

"Yes, of course." I said. I sat back down on her bed and pulled the blanket over both of us.

"Goodnight Louis." She said.

"Goodnight Krisslynn." I said and I started to hum a random song and I eventually fell asleep.

~~~~~Next day.~~~~~

Krisslynn's P.O.V.

I woke up with someone next to me. I started to mentally freak out, but then I realized that it was just Louis and last nights events hit me like a ton of bricks. I had a nightmare and freaked out. Great, just great. Note the sarcasm. I looked over at the clock, it was only 7:15, I guess I'll get up and take a shower. I went over to my bag and got out fresh underwear and clothes and walked over to the bathroom. I walked into the bathroom and shut the door and walked over to the shower and turned on the water. I waited until it was warm and stepped in. I think you can tell what happened from there. When I was done I stepped out of the shower and wrapped myself in a towel. I dried off and got dressed and walked back into my room and Louis is still asleep. I decided to wake him up. I ran over to him and jumped on the bed.
