I’m Dakota and this is my story you may think that I’m just a normal girl but I’m not I am what you people call a emo long hair wears lots of makeup and wears all black I would rather be an “EMO”than a girl that wears pink and screams when I see a guy I don’t wear pink or scream when I see a guy I’m the person who listens t
o their music really loud and just be me not like everybody else who has to dress in fancy clothes to belong if that was to happen to me I wouldn’t be here right now and then I move to folks and meet jasper.
It‘s my first day in folks I had moved from Jacksonville Florida I went from being in one of the sunniest towns to the wettest town ever I’m not sure why I moved here but I had to get away from where I was I should go now I have to get ready for my first day at a new school tomorrow I hope it is not like the last one bye see you soon.
I logged off my laptop and put it back in the bag then I plugged my headphones in to my phone put music on and waited for the plane to land .it was another 45 minutes until the plane landed I grabbed backpack and got off the plane I went to collect my suitcases I was in a line off people getting scanned by the metal detector then I thought shit my blade well set the machine off I looked over to my left there was a bin I turned around and asked the guy behind me if he could watch my stuff while I went to the bin .
I walked over to the bin and throw my blade in the bin and walked back to my stuff I picked up my stuff and then said thank you to the guy behind me while I was waiting I was thinking about the guy behind me he looks like something is wrong but happy at the same time I don’t know well I don’t have time to think about it now.
It is my turn with the metal detector I was told to take of any jewellery and piercings then asked to empty my backpack so I did I took of necklace and my piercings then emptied my backpack so I could be scanned with the metal detector I didn’t set of the machine so I put my necklace on and then I put my 7 piercing back in and then put all my stuff back in my backpack.
I walked over to get my suitcases. I picked them up and went outside I put them down and went to get my money out of my bag for a taxi but it wasn’t there I picked up my phone and went to dial my friends but then I remember I didn’t have any I put my phone down as I did the guy I asked to watch my stuff before and came up to me and said what’s wrong I turned around and said nothing it is just that I lost the money I had saved up for a taxi and a hotel okay how about I gave you a lift and why don’t you come stay with me and my family until you can get a job to pay for an apartment they will not mind my family loves anybody new they meet no matter how they dress or act but the one thing they don’t like is people poking the noses where they don’t belong so unless they tell you something they just want you knowing then don’t tell anybody else okay I wouldn’t tell anybody anything because I don’t have any friends to tell okay I picked up my 2 suitcases and my backpack up and followed the guy oh by the way what is your name oh my name is Jasper Whitlock what is your name I’m Dakota hale
