Annabeth's POV
I walk around the camp in the dark.
Just thinking.
So much is going on.
There was a 'war', we lost 3 of our own, and we still need to regroup before another attack.
I hear rustling in the leaves behind me and I turn.
It's Percy.
"What are you doing out here?" He asks sympathetically.
"Just thinking." I put my head down,"We've lost so much."
"I'm the one who lost a brother and two members of my army." He says.
"I know and I'm sorry but I meant the camp as a whole." I explain.
He mumbles something unintelligible to himself and lies down on the shore.
I sit next to him and we just sit there in silence.
"You want to know something?" Percy says.
I nod.
"I have really missed you."He says quietly.
"Really?!?" I say sitting up.
"Yeah. But I'm letting you know I don't think we should get back together, if you betrayed me I don't know if I would be able to take it." He says quietly.
"Percy I didn't betray you!" I yell.
"I know but I'm saying if you did something like that again-" He starts.
"I don't want to hear it." I yell as I storm off back to my cabin, leaving Percy on the beach by himself.
Neptune's POV
"Neptune and Speed! Come to the front." A man yells.
Wait Speed is here?
Just as I think that those brown shaggy waves show up.
"Hey Neptune." He says.
"Hey, come I let's win this." I say.
We walk out into the sunlight and face a crowd of thousands of people cheering, deafening roars!
Two men come from the other end of the arena and glare at us.
One of them is tall, buff, has blonde hair and blue eyes.
The other, is tall, skinny but defined, has back hair and brown eyes.
"Ladies and gentlemen! Neptune and Speed fighting against Jupiter and Skull!" A man in a toga yells.
The crowds erupt into cheers.
Wait, Jupiter?
I know him.
"Who is this Jupiter guy?" Speed whispers to me.
"Someone you don't want to mess with." I snap,"Leave him to me."
He nods as the toga man yells into the microphone again,"Fighters go to the sides and find your weapons!"
We head off too our left as we look for weapons. Speed gawks at everything before choosing small celestial bronze finger spike things... I however go for the trident.
I hold it and realize that it is in fact mine.
"We snuck in your weapon to make things more interesting." The announcer whispers to me.
"Did you bring in... Jupiter's weapon?" I ask fearing the answer.
The man nods and then walks away.
I curse.
Speed turns," What's wrong?"
"They brought in my weapon and Jupiter's weapon." I answer back.
"Okay seriously who is Jupiter?!?" He almost yells.
I take a deep breath," You know how I destroyed the gods?"
"You almost did and then healed them and ran off? Yeah." He says.
"Well he helped me." I say,"He's my younger half- brother, Alex."
