Dreams theory

AN: this is my first theory so yeah, hope you like it :P

When we go to sleep at night, when we enter REM (Rapid Eye Movement) that's us beginning to commence time travel and when we start dreaming we have actually just time travelled into a parallel universe. Although, when REM stops, or something is interacting with us in our universe (eg a loud noise or something touching/hitting us) so we instantly travel back to see what's going on. When you randomly wake up at night too in the middle of a dream that could mean for that universe there is a time limit for how long you can spend there and you reached the maximum time and because of that you automatically come back to our own universe without warning. The reason because you get such random dreams is because there are infinite amount of universes, although, it may happen that you visit the same one twice, or have the same "dream" twice

And maybe thats why scientists have not revealed any information about time travel yet too and say its "impossible" because they know ways around it, how to get exact locations to go to or what ever and they dont want the rest of the world knowing.
