The Worst Experience

Just a short little chapter
Nick is at home watching tv like usual, he gets bored and decides to text Kylie since he hadn't talked to her since they had "fun" that last time they hung out. He blushed and grinned thinking about how much "fun" they had. Suddenly his dad runs in switching to the news channel startling him. "Dad I was watching tha-" he stops when she sees what's on tv. A stabbing had taken place not too far from his house in the neighborhood across the street! Kylie's neighborhood!! Suddenly his heart stops... "wait..." he says suddenly widening his eyes. He reads the headline... "Breaking News: 18 year old stabbed in Forestgate" (Forestgate was the neighborhood they lived in) "NO!" he screams as she sees the name of the victim... "Kylie James" His face gets hot, his nose gets runny, tears roll down his face. He screams and closes his eyes sobbing. When he opens them he finds himself at Kylie's house, her parents sobbing as he was, and right in front of him on the floor... Kylie's body covered in blood and police everywhere. He sees Kylie's body and sobs more and more feeling as if he was crying all of the water out of his body. He fell on his knees next to Kylie's body. He screams and curses the world. Some people come and take her body away but he doesn't notice. He sits there on his knees with his head in his arms sobbing his eyes out. He opens his eyes... he feels tired, he's in his bed, he had just woken up. He quietly cries to himself because of the image of Kylie dead, and all that blood... his thoughts are interrupted by a notification on his phone. It was a text from Kylie saying "Good morning baby hope you have a good day today, love you!" He blushes and takes a deep breath. "It was just a dream." He was used to having sad dreams but not like that. It was more sad because he felt more love for her than he did for anyone else, he hated that dream. It was the worst experience he had ever had.
