The Pilgrims of Ember

The Pilgrims of ember are made up of those who were alive before the world fell. A small group of dedicated sainthood, their goal is to preserve as much as possible and keep the world as it should be in their minds. Using their ability to walk through the dead and recover artifacts, the pilgrim of ember make it their goal to gather and bring technology to the people of the wastes.

Leader: Brother Nigel. An old man and a full dead. He was a history teacher before the world ended. with a passion for artifacts and old texts. He makes it his job to find artifacts and protect them from those who would use them for evil. He takes his followers from as many walks of life as he can find. and is an avid collector. He is known for taking remnants into his flock and going against the other full dead he has met in the wastes who want to use them for evil [see Ragnarok faction]

The Old Flames: Sister Lilliana, A semper mort who led her hive out of the pods they were in. they were taken up by Nigel who fostered them and attempted to provide for their blood lust, Now as defenders of everything he holds dear, they wear a flame on their shoulders as a sign that they wish to rekindle the old world. Father Nigel brought them in with the promise of recovering their pasts to the best of his ability.

The Children of Old: Remnants who believe that they are the chosen of the embers. they act as foot soldiers and make first contact for Brother Nigel. Many remnants choose this path as he shows no contempt to them due to their deformities. they are led by a remnant named Paul. His deformity is a set of eyes embedded in his forehead.

Marshal Notes: The Remnants are wholly peaceful towards the town. and are asking for passage through the area. The Remnants come bearing gifts and ask questions regarding anything the town needs. They offer help and tell the citizens that they will return with more people.

Roles, Stats & Drops: The Remnant publican does all the talking for the group as the soldiers mutation renders him absolutely mute. He is still friendly, offering small gifts of candy and writing down notes for the teacher. He will provide medical aide if any is needed by the citizens.

Plot Details:  Two remnants stroll into town carrying an abundance of note taking gear. They will attempt to talk to the townspeople and whatever leadership they have regarding passage through the area, they will provide gifts of goodwill for the people.
