HEYYY, the first page of this story is what hazel and Johny are thinking about one another and then it will continue through texting

Hazel

Did it mean nothing to him? Do I text him first again... He always responds fast and long enough for me to respond but why do I always have to be the one to initiate the conversation. I hate this generation. I hate that my mind is always going and most of all, I hate that I can not get Johnny off my mind.

I have been outside at the park near my house starring at the water and watching it, watching how it ripples when a fish comes up to get food or when I skip a rock across the pound. I can now get it to skip four times and even though it does not sound like much, to me it is awesome compared to last month when it would only just skip once.

Coming to the park for fresh air was a way to get Johnny off my mind. It drives me nuts because I know he is not even thinking about me. I swear, boys have this way of letting their minds only thinking of one thing at a time. Like they have filing cabinets in their brain and each time they want to stop thinking about someone or something they just put it away in one of the cabinets for later.

That is not me at all! Here I am at the park and it is a gorgeous summer day in late June and all I keep thinking about is him and how I should not even care about him, but then I see something and think about him. I see couples holding hands or riding bikes and I think wow wish that was Johnny and I. To be honest I could look at a frog and think about him and make up a scenario of him trying to chase me with the frog and it pee on him and we laugh till our stomachs hurt.

Whatever, I will finish this week out never texting him again and move on. It what I always do. It's what us girls have learned to do.

Johnny

How could I be hungry again! I just ate a cheese burger with my buddy Brad 10 minutes ago. Well I guess I should say massive cheese burger.. It did have three patties.. The triple deluxe bacon burger.

Brad and I are headed to the park with my dog Charlie to throw around a baseball. I love going outside on nice days like this, I think some people forget how great it is to just get out on a nice day and not post every second of what they are doing on social media.

On the drive to the park Charlie's tongue is just flowing in the wind as he sticks his head out the window. I swear the smallest thing can make a dog happy. As we pulled in to the park I see brown hair glistening as the bright sun shines against it, and I realize it is her. It's Hazel... She got more beautiful every time I saw her. Not your typical beautiful girl who almost everyone would say she looks cute no matter what she has on or how her hair is fixed. No, Hazel was more like a strong presence that gave you a vibe, like one that you feel when you find a new song you love and play it over and over again. She was not cute she was exquisite in her own way. Of course I could never say anything like that to her.
