MAGIC IN ME"[ PROLOGUE ]

HER FINGERS WENT THROUGH HIS SMOOTH HAIR, their bodies entangled with each other. Last night had been a wreck for the twenty-year-old woman. After a long night of cries, she finally decided to go to the nearest city and have a drink. The city of New York was a real beauty. She had been aimlessly wandering about in the city, a bottle of firewhiskey in hand, she had gone from one place to another, enjoying herself, seeing as her situation as of now has been struggling, to say the least. She didn't know how it happened but she woke up to see a man next to her, where she had been caught staring. And well, now they were all over each other again, kissing every inch of each other's body. The woman had never been one to do one-night stands but after last night, she was sure that she needed it. Her body was a perfect fit against his, her hands roaming his broad shoulders. The man stopped suddenly, looking up at her from her waist, where he smirked before climbing back up to her face, and kissed her fiercely. She moaned as he deepened the kiss, his hands all over her body, when a buzzing sound, to what seemed like a phone call, rang. They broke off as the man got off the bed and took his phone, sitting at the end of the bed as the woman awkwardly got off the bed and collected her items before going into the nearest bathroom.
She sighed as she left the bathroom, her wand in her purse, which she had almost forgotten she had brought with her. She was in her clothes from last night as she closed the bathroom and into the bedroom, where the man had previously been but it seemed like the man left already, leaving her in the isolated room. She went outside, where the living room was, which was conveniently placed near the kitchen. She went to the refrigerator and took a perfectly good apple, and she took a bite. Her hair was in a messy ponytail, seeing as she had no effort to make herself look presentable. There was suddenly a large crashing noise. She immediately took her wand out, looking out wearily for anything suspicious. A slimy, long, scaled, black body with a black tongue suddenly leaped from from the hallway, where the door to the outside was near.
"Stupefy!" The woman shouted as she watched the creature jump back to the hallway, unconscious for as long as she can hope. The girl quickly ran towards the door, but not before the creature jumped from behind her, presumably trying to get her but she shouted another incantation, and the demon jumped backwards once more, but it kept crawling. She quickly struggled to open the door, in which she successfully did, and a ray of the sun filled the room. The demon suddenly leaped towards the back, preventing the sunlight. And the girl ran. The girl ran and ran until she was in a perfectly far place from the apartment. She had no idea where she went, but what she knew is that that thing that went towards her was something she didn't learn in her wizarding school, Ilvermony.
And she ran once more, away from her problems, and away from that creature. And she ran and ran until she was in away from her home country. She ran away and landed her graceful feet in London.
What she didn't know is the child, the child that was slowly forming. What she didn't know is that that creature would soon try to kill her child. And her child would soon find out what the woman had tried to find but failed. But her child, her sweet child, will soon find out that there are plenty more secrets out there in the world. Little did she know that her child would be a saviour.

ORENDA MADE HER WAY TO HER MOTHER, running to her mother's workplace, where letters were scattered al, over. The excited eleven-year-old looked up to her mother, next to the the woman she idolized every single day of her life. Her mother smiled, before giving her daughter a letter. The kid's eyes lit up, grabbing the letter quickly. Her mother looked at her daughter with fond eyes, as her daughter's eyes scanned the letter over and over again, her eyes getting bigger each time. A squealing sound replaced the silence as the mother was put into an embrace by her daughter. The little girl kept muttering,"I'm going to Hogwarts, I'm going to Hogwarts.", repeatedly, the mother kissed her daughter's light brown hair, smiling to herself. And they had a celebration, a small one, of course.
What the mother didn't know was the war that was coming. The war that her daughter was going to be in. Where the woman would rest her place.
Where she would take her last breath.

HER WAND WAS IN HER HAND, her body moving swiftly throughout the hall full of death eaters, each and every person was giving their all, each determined to win against the sick man that started it all. Her mother was a few meters away from her, fighting off the woman that killed Sirius Black. Her mother sent her a second glance before going back to her battle. But the wicked woman saw the exchange and sent a quick killing spell towards the mother. Bellatrix grinned as the daughter's full grown grin faded away, going towards her mother, shouting for her to move away. But it was too late. Her mother gave her daughter one last smile before dropping to the ground, taking in her last breath. Her petite body hit the cold, hard ground, as her daughter ran towards her, successfully ducking at an Avada Kedavra that was sent towards her. Her daughter's face was full of tears, crying her mother's name, her big round lifeless eyes staring back at her daughter.
And she cried. She cried for her mother. And everything that has happened to her and her family. She cried.

Author's Note
I feel like this is the shortest prologue I've ever written but oh well! Also, I feel like I should have more a diverse cast but I my friend said that it's ok not to have one and that I need to relax but urghh.
