My dog, Fluffypuppy, woke me up at 6:00. "Thanks Fluffypuppy I have just enough time to get ready!" I walked into to my bathroom and took a shower. I then put deodorant on and some cologne. I put on skinny jeans and a t-shirt. I then brushed my teeth. I walked into the kitchen and fed Fluffypuppy. It was 7:00 but I was so hungry. I knew I couldn't eat though because then I wouldn't be hungry on the date. I ended up watching my favorite show "My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding." "There be a lot of drama Flufflypuppy! Are you hearing this?!" Before I knew it, it was already 7:55. After putting Fluffypuppy in her kennel I quickly raced to my car and sped to the breakfast place. I was so excited to see John again. He was so cute and awkward! I walked in just at 8:00. He was sitting at a table right by the window. He already had his menu and was scanning the items on it. I walked
over and sat in the chair across from him. "Hi." I awkwardly said. "Hey, how are you?" He said with a very soothing voice. "I'm just great! How about you?" "Just perfect!" The waitress came over and asked,"What would you two gentlemen like for some drinks?" I could tell she was pretty cheerful. "I will just have a water," John said. "I'll have my coffee black and with two sugars please." I said then quickly looking back at Johns cute little face. I scanned the menu and asked John,"What are you gonna get?" "I'm gonna get the banana and Nutella pancake. What about you?" "I'm gonna get a blueberry bagel and a boiled egg." "Yummy!" He said awkwardly. She brought back our drinks and asked if we were ready to order. We ordered and after I could tell he was an awkward orderer just like me. We talked until the food arrived. I was starving by then but I still ate with manners. We both cleaned our plates. We ended up splitting the check up equally. We walked out. I daringly slipped my hand into his. He looked up at me with a smile. He pulled me to the side of the sidewalk so we wouldn't be in anyone's way. He had me bend down so I was level with him and he kissed me on the lips. I kissed back noticing that he had very soft lips. I could tell my cheeks were red. I walked him to his apartment and talked to him for a while. I then went home. I was so happy that we kissed!
