Camp today,
Camp tomorrow.
Camp today,
Camp tomorrow—
"Oh will ya stop talking to ya self?! " Charissa shouted across the room. She was doing the laundry and hang a dark grey clothing.
"Today! " Carlson said, his eyes shine with excitement. He stopped playing with his green toy truck and holder it at mid air. His mouth opened and widen itself every second. "Please!!!" He pled and acted all cute.
"Maybe there is a way to decide... "Clayton said muttering and nodding. He stopped colouring and put his pencil down onto the black working table that he was using. He spoke so softly that it was as though he was talking to himself than to his siblings. "Anything is fine is long has it is not pacing back and forth around the room... " Clayton said looking at his eldest sister ,hoping that she wouldn't get angry. "And talking to herself. "He added, relieved that his sister wasn't fuming mad.
Without asking, Charissa walked up to their mother and asked, "So mama, when do you think that we should start out camp? " She stopped doing the laundry but held the sky blue clothing in her hands.
"Whenever you guys like... " their mother answered indifferent , continuing to sew.
"Well, the problem is that someone is crazy. " Someone whispered and a soft, and a bit of evil laughter came afterwards. No one heard it except for their mother who had turned quite pale and reminded herself to tell their father about it right after their father have arrived home.
So, Charisse came out with a better idea. She told a beautiful flower from the vase that was white, and decorated with small mini muti-coloured flowers. The flower was pale pink and it was beautiful. Anyone would have traded a few thousand dollars for a flower like that.
Slowly, she repeated, "Camp today, Camp tomorrow. Camp today, Camp tomorrow. Camp today, Camp to—"
"OKAY PLEASE STOP TALKING TO YOURSELF, WILL YA?! " her siblings shouted loudly.
"You sounded as though you have a terrible problem!" Charissa added, not knowing that her sister was frustrated.
Calmly, Charisse said, holding her fist tightly, "While, not knowing when to camp is a problem. Unless, of course, you know when to start it and how to solve this problem , then you better keep your big fat mouth shut! But this is not really a big problem at all actually. It's pretty simple. "
"Let's vote. " Charisse said simply.
"Say what?? " Carlson asked, having a high pitched tone at the end. His eyebrows raised.
"Okay. So, who wants it today? " Charisse asked, ignoring her brother's question.
All her siblings rises up their hands. All except for Charisse.
"Okay. So—"
"We won! Wohoo! " Carlson exclaimed loudly, jumping up and down.
"I guess so but... How about tomorrow? In the morning. "Charisse asked, hoping that the plan would change. She felt that camping tomorrow morning would be better. A better start.
"Oh Yeah! Let's pack up after mama has mopped the floor and the floor had dried up! " Clayton cried. His eyes shine with happiness after a long wait,it was finally happening! They are finally camping!
It was a long wait. Actually, it was a one hour of waiting for everything to be ready for then to start packing up to go to their pretend camp.
Unfortunately, somebody thought that it was a real camp and set up traps around every forest that the country have. Well, she should have thought again. Their just kids. Why would they be camping in the real forest when their parents wouldn't be coming along with them?
That's why they said, Think twice before doing something.
Having high hopes, the red eye waited in one of the forests she thought they would go to. There was alot of dangerous beast there. She thought that they wanted to camp to test their strength and bravey.
But, of course, that was not the point of the camp.
Well, why would they want to test their strength? That was a bad idea. They aren't even brave. Charisse can't put a packet of instant noodles in a pot of bubbling hot water by herself.
She was too scared.
Well, who cares?
"Well, who's packed and ready to go?" Charisse asked excitedly.
No replies.
"Oh come on! We , you, have been packing for the past thirty minutes already and we haven't move yet! "
"Sheesh . What's wrong with you?" Charissa asked feeling incredibly annoyed.
"Yeah." Carlson agreed.
Clayton said nothing because he knew that it would made his sister angry and no one wants her to be angry. The whole block can hear her and , it might be just them but, there would be fire on her head and fist.
"It's dinner soon. We might as well stay for dinner." Charisse said, still annoyed.
"No way!" Charissa screamed loudly.
"Shhhh!" Clayton hushed his sister and glared at her.
"We don't need another screaming !" Scolded Carlson.
"Oi! I'm your older sister and you respect me! Who do you think you are Er?"
Charissa shouted, standing up and everyone felt wind blowing on their faces."Says you!!" Carlson shouted, standing up to look at his sister.
"Er, is it just me or is it raining indoors? Literally." Clayton asked.
"It's not just you you know..." Charisse said holding up her hands to let the raindrops fall on it.
