Well being a boarding school... An ALL GIRLS boarding school open days was the worst.. Mariana and her parents came a day after the other girls had already reported to school.
Mariana was determined to settle in and forget about girls and concentrate on passing her finals.
" Remember what we talked about baby, okay"
Mariana's mom said as she was biding her goodbye after the admission process.
"yes mom l promise l will study hard no sidelines this round"
"Be careful my girl don't trust no friends just be yourself okay? "
"yeah Dad l already learnt no friend is trustful. "
"we will come for you on your mid break okay? Call us if you need anything okay? "
" okay mom.. I will.. "
The boarding mistress. Then came to them to take Mariana to her dormitory room and allocate her a class .
"Mrs and Mrs Owen l think its time we take her now" *smiling*
" oh okay.. Its alright.. "
" bye my baby"
" bye mom"
Kissed Mariana on her forehead.
"bye my girl.. Be stronger and fight to be the best okay? "
" okay dad... I will.. Bye now"
They waved at her as they entered the car and drove off while Mariana waited to be taken inside the school.
She was helped with her belongings to the dormitory.
" Well Mariana you will be in room 44 this way please. "
After settling down and being shown all around the dorms and poolside... She was taken back to the Administration to be taken to class. She sat down calmly with her bag of books on her feet waiting on the principals instructions.
