Skipping ahead in time because I bet most of you are hoping for a happy ending. So I'll fast forward to the action.

After gathering up hundreds of lawyers and countless witnesses, the group decided it was time to go to court and win back the twins.

Levi and Eren both dressed in the finest suits they had and just as they were walking out of the town house, the Alpha placed a collar around the Omega's neck. "Suits you well." The Alpha smirked and clicked the lock into place.

"Bastard, just what the hell are you doing?!" Eren growled, whirling around to face Levi.

The tall Alpha chuckled with his chin on his fist. "Consider this a marriage proposal."

Eren growled again "Why the hell did you have to get me a damn collar?!" He readied his fist to clock the grinning and cocky man known as his "mate".

Levi caught it easily before it made contact with his face and pulled the boy close to whisper in his ear. "What else do you give a wild and feisty Omega such as yourself with a great ass?" He held the boy's chin while he wrapped his arm around his small and slender frame possessively.

"An Omega who doesn't listen to authority and has a juvenile record for getting into countless fights." He whispered into Eren's ear seductively "A cute Omega that I don't plan on letting go."

The boy bit back a moan, knowing that this wasn't the time for this "Get your hands off before I fuck your brains out." He breathed before turning his head and biting Levi's ear.

"Mm, I was planning on us spending the day with our pups but maybe we can have my mom look after them."

Eren scoffed and broke out of the Alpha's hold "Ha, not likely. Now c'mon, I want to see Elen and Len." he started making his way towards his car, Levi hot on his heels.

The couple made their way to the court house, a whole room of lawyers waiting for them. And it was the shortest case in history lasting only an hour.

After proving that O'Malley, who surprisingly showed up to the trial, was not a relative to Eren or Levi and had no connection to them at all.

"According to the Jeager family tree, the O'Malleys are not present in any of the branches. So he has no claim over these children." Said one lawyer, a woman with a Scottish accent who has been known as the Case Reaper. An Omega woman, believe it or not, who is the most ruthless lawyer around.

Another lawyer spoke up, accusing the "Social Worker" of being a fraud and charging her with kidnapping the twins.

They of course brought the principal to the stand who was accused of being partners with O'Malley.

All ten lawyers, one by one, knocked down every rebuttal O'Malley had to fire back until he had no ammo left.

The court was decided on the Jaeger_Ackerman's behalf and the little ones were given back to their parents.

Although, the worst was yet to come.

Time skip

Eren bounced Elen up and down in his arms at Levi's house, his pup wailing her head off while her face was beet red. "Shh shh, it's okay we're here now. Shh shh." He tried to comfort her but she just kept crying.

Len was no better off, the young boy was wheezing and his eyes were scrunched up while Levi rubbed some strong smelling ointment on the babe's chest to open up his airways."Dammit, what did he do to them?"

Eren shook his head and sat down on the couch, resting his forehead against his daughter's which was uncomfortably hot. "Shit, she has a fever." The Omega mother raced straight to the kitchen where he grabbed a cooling pack to press on his girl's back.
