"Why what did I do to deserve this"
as tears fell down your face as your father kicked your already beaten body out of the house
"You were born and you look like your mother" "Now get out of here" your father yelled
You ran into the Grimm infested forest not caring if if you ran into one you fell on a rock and stumbled down a cliff and limped over to a fallen log and cried against the log. You cried so much it hurt from the beatings, but as you cried you never noticed the Grimm.
"Ahhhh no please go away don't hurt me" you cried as the large Beowulf approached but then an odd thing happened you felt soft fur on your face and you look to see the Beowulf holding you
Beowulf P.O.V
"He will grow to be quite strong Maybe he might become the queens king"
Then you feel the Beowulf lift you up and bring you to the house by the time the Beowulf arrived you were asleep and had now discovered a part of your semblance
Mothers P.O.V
"Hmm I wonder how my husband and my little ones are doing"
Then she sees you on the porch asleep and covered in grass and mud stains with blood
"Shadow what happened to you?" "Mommy" she then picks you up in her arms and holds you close and cries
Then slams the door to the house open to see the face of your father Tai Xiao Long and you look into the face of your mother RAVEN.
