Today was the day, the day I would start a new school, after everything that happened I know that it will be tough but with my brother Jordan and my mum everything will hopefully be okay.
"Kaylah, get your butt out of bed we have school, you don't want to miss your first day at a new school" Jordan yelled from the kitchen up the staircase
My name is Kaylah I am your average teenager, I am socially awkward and don't have any friends starting today, my brother Jordan has been with me since birth and has looked after to me ever since he is my rock!
I hop out of bed and drag myself to the bathroom to get ready for school, after my shower I throw on the outfit that I prepared early which consists of floral flowing skirt and a blue singlet, I throw on my cream cardigan and my brown ankle boots.
"Kaylah!" Jordan screeched
"I'm coming calm your farm" I yelled back.
I grabbed an apple from the kitchen and noticed that my mother was gone, she must have had an early shift at work.
My mother is a doctor and works non-stop she is always busy and doesn't have time for us, but Jordan and I have each other and that's all that matters.
Jordan beeped the horn and I walked out the door and hopped in the car, preparing myself for the day ahead!
