Chapter 7: The night sky

Nate's P.o.v

I woke up with my arms wrapped around y/n I pulled away and looked at my phone 'Oh my gosh I forgot today is the day I'm going to ask y/n a very important question that will change the rest of our lives' I say in my head as I look over at her. I smile really big and sigh she woke up "Good morning pikachu!" "Morning Senpei!"
"Hey y/n?" "Yeah Nate?" "Do you  mind if Matt,Mathias and Hunter come with us tonight, I know it's our anniversary and all but I thought you might want to meet them." "Of course I don't mind Nate!" "Ok good." I went downstairs to make breakfast for y/n I went upstairs to tell her to come down and eat she came down and said "that looks nice Nate. Thanks for making this" "welcome y/n"
We got done eating and went to watch anime I told her  "I'm going to go take a walk outside"
"Oh! do you want me to come?" "No I'll be fine!" I walked out the door and started to walk to Mark's house I shook my head I'll just call him I dialed his number and he picked up
N:=Nate M:=Mark

M:Hello?

N:Hey.

M:What do you want?

N:Please stop being rude.

M:I'll try, besides why did you call

N: I was wondering if I could have your blessing to marry y/n

M: ........

N: Please Mark I really love y/n and we've been together for months now...

M: Nate....

N: Mark please!

M: You promise me you'll take really good care of her and not her or anything?

N: Well of course I would never want to hurt Y/N ......I love her I want to be with her for the rest of my life she's my life my world and I would die for her.

M: Wow that's deep Nate he chucles. But trust me when I say if you do hurt her I will kill you.

N: So that's a yes

M: Mmm-Hmm

N: Thanks Mark

I hang up and walk into the house Y/N sits on the couch "Hey pikachu!" I say sitting next to her "Hiya!" She says with her cute smile.

Your P.O.V

Nate gets done playing "Dawn of the third day" and I look out at the sky and look back and Nate's down on one knee I gasp "Y/N M/N L/N it's been a few months now and I've really grown to love you even more than I had when we first met. Y/N will you do me the honor of marrying me?" "Yes!" "Really?" "Of course silly!" He leans in and hugs me. He then looks me in the eyes and leans in. I smile against his lips this is the best day of my life. We pull away "I love you Y/N." "I love you too Nate!" I feel someones hand on my shoulder, I look behind me it was Mark he smiles at me calmly "Hey."  "Hey." I say smiling back
