Chapter 1. School
I woke up happy, because I knew today was going to be a good day… So I thought… My name is Selena I’m sixteen and I have a younger sister named Jordan she’s fifteen, and at nine tonight was the last time I saw her. She was taken by my boyfriend, well ex-boyfriend. Well, if I’m going to tell you about what happened I have to start from earlier today.
It’s seven in the morning and I’m waiting on Jordan to get ready, she takes forever, so I decided to go make breakfast and talk to my boyfriend Kevin. He takes us to school every morning; he is the sweetest boyfriend I could ever ask for. Jordan is finally done getting ready, so we leave for school. We go straight to school, and Jordan goes straight to her class, and we go to our class. Kevin is acting strange, he’s writing a paper, but every time I try to look he hides it…
It’s now lunch and Kevin still won’t show me what he’s writing. He told me its top secret… Whatever that means… I try to ignore it but, it’s bugging me inside. Lunch is now over and, we are heading to our next class.
My sister told me during lunch that her boyfriend Kevin was acting weird, I have always had a bad feeling about him. He’s always so sweet and generous. No one is that perfect……
“Jordan!” I heard a boy say, “Jordan!” the voice said again, it was him, Kevin.
I said, "Oh, hey Kevin."
Kevin asked, "You seem gloomy, whats wrong?"
I told him. "nothing I'm.....Um.... I'm late for class..... Bye..."
The truth is i was hated talking to him, he always seemed like...... like he was perfect here but somewhere else he was a mass serial killer.....
School is now over and I'm waiting for Selena and Kevin to get to the car, so I can just get away from here..... Well, get away from Kevin. They finally get to the car, and Kevin is even weirder then usual...
He asked, "are you going out tonight Jordan?"
I said, "yes? why?"
he mumbled,"Just wondering...."
It was quiet the rest of the ride..... When we got home Kevin came in with us.......Sadly..... he went into the kitchen by himself while we were getting our settled........
He came out with Sandwiches, and said, "I made you guys an afterschool snack." with a huge smile on his face....
He gave me mine first.... Of course i ate it..... Yes i was scared to, but i did.....
Kevin Finally left, I started getting ready for tonight..... Selena was sitting down talking to our dad Richard...... He goes to work at seven to midnight..... Selena is grounded so she has to stay home tonight...... Before Dad and I left though he called for me and Selena.....
He said, " Selena you do not leave this house or else.... You Jordan be home before midnight or else."
We both said, " Yes Sir."
My stomach is hurting really bad, but i still start walking out the door to go when........ I threw up, i thought.......... Kevin.........
