Oikawa once had depression because he thought he wasn't enough and not perfect. But Iwaizumi helped him. That explains why he is now so flirty to other girls, and he has a really high self-esteem. Iwaizumi may appear like he really hates it and is constantly hitting Oikawa but he inwardly actualy loves him so much.
