Meeting The Vampire King

I live with Fiona and Cake. Its fun most the time, even though they never let me leave the house, but I sneak out every so often.

"Jem, breakfast is ready" Fiona yells at me.

I groan and get out of bed, I put my clothes on and walk down to where they were.

I hear Fiona groan, "Gumball got kidnapped again, we need to go and miss breakfast" she says.

"Aw you've got to be kidding me. Jem, at least you eat the food" Cake says, disappointed that she made the food for nothing.

"Of course, I love your food" I say smiling.

"Alright, we'll be back later hunny, dont leave the treehouse" Cake says.

"You know I wont" I say, she glares at me as they leave, knowing I was lying.

I checked to see if they were long out of sight, they were, so I left the treehouse and started to wander.

I was wandering for a few hours when some singing caught my attention(song above).

I didnt know where it was coming from, but it was amazing.

I stood there for a minute until the music stopped, "was that entrancing?" Someone behind me asks.

I turn around, but I don't see anything, "Look up" I hear and I do.

I see a boy around my age with a axe--no a guitar.

"Yes, it was entrancing. Who're you?" I ask as he floats down.

"You seriously don't know?" He asks.

"I'm never able to leave where I live, so I seriously don't know" I say.

He sighs and lands, "the names Marshall Lee, I'm the Vampire King, and if I may ask, can I drink the red from your shirt?" He asks and I turn red.

"No, leave me alone" I say before going past him and heading back to the treehouse.

"You cant run from me" I hear him say as I walk away.

I go into the treehouse and a few minutes later Fiona and Cake come in.

"Jem why'd you leave the house? " Fiona asks as I sit on the couch.

"How'd you know I left?" I ask looking at her.

"Marshall told us" She says.

I growl, "that stupid vamp can't keep his mouth shut" I say.

"Oh, Hunny, you better stay away from that vampire, he's a slippery one" Cake says making food.

"Thats not gonna be a problem" I say.

"Good I'm heading to bed, dinner is on the table" Cake says before going up the stairs.

"I'm not really hungery, we ate at Gumball's place, I'll see you in the morning" Fiona says before going up the stairs as well.

I go up a few minutes after them and change into my pjs.

I lay down then realize I'm not that tired, so I open my window and climb out onto the roof.

I layed down and looked at the stars for what seemed like hours.

Soon I closed my eyes listening to the quietness off the world around me.

I hear something land next to me, I look over and see Marshall.

"Why are you here?" I ask looking back at the sky.

"I came to look at the stars" he says.

"Oh, really?" I ask still looking at the sky.

"Yes, really, there's so many beautiful things I see" he says, what I didnt know was, he was looking at me.

I closed my eyes, not meaning to drift off.

Marshall's P.O.V.

I saw her fall asleep, she was breathing so slowly, it was beautiful to me.

I reached over and pulled her to me,before drifting off into slumber..
