Natsu
Natsu would shake violently and tell you to make food for him.
Gray
Gray would keep kissing you on the face until you wake up.
Gajeel
Gajeel wouldn't bother waking you up since you tend to wake up before him.
Sting
Sting would tickle you until you wake up in fits of giggles, then would stop to give you a kiss.
Rogue
Rogue would just leave you to sleep while cuddling to Frosch and make the three of you guys breakfast.
Laxus
He would rub your back and softly whisper your name until you woke up.
