Jinyoung's POV
After what Youngjae asked me I couldn't get it out of my head. I was shocked and surprised. Jaebum has never liked anyone after that brake up and what happened to his family. He might've liked people, but decided not to get into a relationship.
I guess Jaebum has changed. I'm happy he's found someone. Youngjae seems like his type. I don't know, but I just get a felling that Taehyung might want to ruin their bond. Their relationship as friends.......for now.
I'm going to help Youngjae because it looks like he doesn't know much about relationships. I know a little and I hope it'll play out in the end. Whenever someone liked me I never liked them back. I remember in 7 grade there was a guy I liked. I found out weeks ago that he likes me too.
He asked me to go out with him, but I said no. I know it was a dumb mistake and I do regret it. Turning down your crush? That's stupid right? I don't know why I did it, but it all played out I guess.
I must have had a bad feeling about him even though I liked him. In the end he ended up hanging with the wrong people at the wrong time. He then became a player. Now In 9 grade it was a different story. He became a fuckboy.
He fucked everyone. He didn't care, he just wanted pleasure. Girl, boy whatever, he didn't care. I was shocked when I found out the news. He tried to get with me again, but I knew this was for sex not love.
Enough about me, Youngjae. I hope him and Jaebum go well. I want him to know that when there's a problem he can come and tell me. That's why this weekend I'm going to spend time with him over coffee. I want to learn more about him.
"Jaebum, do you have feelings for anyone?"
"Why ask such a question out of nowhere?"
"Just answer. Truthfully.
He sighed and looked up at me.
"I do Jinyoung. I can't seem to figure out why, but even though he's not mine.......I'm jealous. He's got such a nice friend. I'm probably getting on his nerves. I'm too protective.....is that bad Jinyoung?
I shook my head no and he laughed nervously. "It's okay to protect what you love..........make him yours Jaebum. You won't be jealous anymore once you have what you wanted. Everyone will find out and back off. Then he'll become yours, your property.
I'm sure you like the sound of that."
He nodded with interest. I laughed at how eager he is to make Youngjae his. We were at my house just chilling. I was going to invite the others, but they're all busy. So it's just two bros kicking it back.
We talked did homework and then he left. I thought this would be the perfect time to go see Youngjae so I called him up. At lunch he said he wanted to talk more with me. I agreed and he gave me his phone number at our lockers. I dialed his number in my phone and waited to get an answer.
"Hello?"
"Youngjae!"
"Oh, hey Jinyoung!"
"Remember when you wanted to talk? I think it's the perfect time."
"I think so too, I'll be over in a bit."
"Hope I see you here, bye Jae"
"Bye Jin~"
I waited patiently until I heard a knock on the door. I opened it quickly only to be greeted by a smiling Youngjae. "I'm here jin." He smiled even wider. I laughed with him and told him to come in.
He did and we sat on the couch. "I talked with Jaebum today."
"Really? What happened?"
"He confessed."
