Well it can be seen that glados could be caroline from portal because look at her body it look like a women that is upside down

And in the game glados act sometime like caroline like wane she talk to mr j so and at the end of portal 2 she said that caroline was inside her among before she delights caroline but inside her she nows caroline was inside her still and that way she spare chell life and let her go
