I know that my dad is an over protective idiot but I love him. we are moving but I don't wanna move I like where we live but no my dad had to get a job in mystic falls as a history teacher.
"Have you packed?" my dad asked
"Yes I'm all packed I guess this is goodbye mom" I said this house was the last place I saw her. I walked down and put my bags on the hall for my dad to put in the car. I sat in the car.
The car ride was quite and we didn't get in until about 10. when we got in it took me an hour to out my things in my room and unpack it all. I walked down stairs to get some food.
"What are you doing?" my dad asked
"Getting food what's it look like?" I asked
"No need to bite my head off" he muttered
"Love you" I yelled
"Love you 2" he said
I cooked chicken, I love chicken almost as much as I love bacon.
I woke up to my dad shouting at me to get my lazy ass out of bed.
"Hey" I said
"Morning. juice is in kitchen and toast is on the table" he said drinking his coffee
"Thanks dad" I said and grabbed my toast and ate it rally quickly and left with my dad.
We arrived at school and I got out and followed my dad to the school entrance and walked with him he turned to look at me
"Well I should go to class but go make friends your stepmother wouldn't want you to be upset" he said
"She was my mom where is my real mom huh?" I asked
"I can't tell you" he said
"Right this is my locker so see ya" I said and opened my locker
"Heres some money"
"Thanks dad" I said
"Are you coming straight home?" he asked
"I don't know most Likely why?" I asked
"No reason I just thought I could get Jenna sommer in for this Jeremy Gilbert kid" he said
"Sure invite her over dad" I said he nodded.
After school I went home with my dad I meet the Gilbert's and I like Elena she my age and she's really nice and her aunt is coming round. About and hour later the door bell rang.
"Carley get the door" my dad yelled
"Alright" I yelled back
"Hello is Alaric Saltzman here?" she asked
"Yes you must be Jenna" I said she nodded
"Well come on in" I said and opened the door wider
"Dad Jenna is here" I yelled while walking into the living room
"Jenna how nice to meet you I'm Alaric and this is my daughter Carley" he said I smiled and walked over to my sketch pad
"So your giving Jeremy a new start?" I heard Jenna ask hopeful
"Yes I don't know what happened to the kid but he's messed up and I want to help him look at my daughter she's lost both her moms now" he said
"Oh I didn't realise she had two moms" Jenna said
"No her real mom told her she wasn't wanted and I took her in and cared for her when I got married she had her stepmom and they had a great relationship but she died and never found the body" he told her I walked to the kitchen to get my paint supply
"Carley what are you doing?" my dad asked
"Erm painting what's it look like" I said in a duh voice
"Show is then" he said I rolled my eyes
"Fine follow me if you will" I said
The painting was of my mom and dad with a little child in there arms and both looking down fondly at the baby and in the back you can see the darkness leaking out
"What's it about?" Jenna asked
"Both my parents looking fondly at the baby and the darkness is slowly creeping in to take away the happiness this family holds" I told her. after that Jenna left but my dad asked if they could meet again.
"Dad you like Jenna" I stated he ignored my comment and walked away so I went to bed.
