Part 10: Family

Woo woo!! Three parts in one day. Guys, there's s burning fire inside of me that's like, "Write a bunch of shit and see if people read it." Ya know what I'm saying??

Family, everyone has one, and yes, even the people in the foster care system have a family of some sort. Family is supposed to love you, which leads me to my next point.

Family DOES NOT mean it's only a family if it has a mum and dad. It can mean mum and mum, dad and dad, mum, dad, etc. As long has your parent/parents love you, then that's a family.

I told you last chapter about adoption being in this chapter right?? Right. LGBT+ parents struggle more in that area if they want kids. I saw a thing earlier this past week saying, "If people are made to reproduce, then the gays are here to give love and a home to the kids the people abandoned after reproducing." I really like that quote. I've heard someone saying that to me, on how people are here to make more tiny humans. Yeah, sure.

Adoption is hard for everyone, but especially the LGBT+ community.

People are worried for the children getting bullied for having two mums/dads. No, you shouldn't have to worry about that if you raised you kids the right fucking way to respect everyone. Raise them right and you don't have yo worry about that. Damn this fire is passionate.

Everyone deserves a living family, no matter who the parents are. Just because Sally has two mums, doesn't mean she can't have a family. Just because Donnie and Lizzy have two dads doesn't mean they don't have parents that don't love them.

Adoption isn't the only way for us to have kids. Women can be egg donors to gay male couples. Men can be sperm donors to lesbian couples. There are so many ways to make kids it deserved it's own book, which I will not be making. So, you can make it if you want to, but I won't.

Don't want kids? Don't have them. That simple. Even a couple without kids is still a family. Thank you year and a half of child care classes. Be a family or don't. It's all up for you to decide. Love ya lots!!
