After Winter and Qrows night of fun, Winter got called back to Atlas... Diiing!! Diiing!! "Mph.. Winter go see who it is." Qrow pleads and Winter picks up the phone "Hello.. Yes, this is her.. OK on my way." Winter puts the phone down "Babe, I have to go." Winter states packing her stuff. "But you just got here" Qrow says wrapping his arms around her. "I know and I promise I'll be back. Right after this mission I'll quit and live here with you. I promise." Winter says with pain in her eyes, she doesn't want to leave him. Qrow sighs "Fine but you promised, don't forget." He says unwrapping himself from her. "I know." She says under her breath, grabbing her stuff and walking out the door.

Time skip (1 month later)

"Shit, shit, shit, this can't be, no, no, dad can't know.. I have to leave." Winter says leaving the bathroom next to her room in her dads fortress of a house. "Father, can't know what Winter?" Of course its Whitley. "Nothing, I need to talk to Wiess so I said that I should let Father know that I'm leaving. In fact can you do that for me. Thank you bye." Winter rushed down the stairs into the lobby with all her stuff already on the ship. "Lift off to Vale!" Winter yells going to the back of the ship to call Qrow. "Hello" Qrows voice is heard over the phone " Hey babe its me I'm..." Winter started but Qrows voice intrupted her " Ha I tricked ya did I well leave a message after the beep and I'll get back to you later." Beeep! "Dammit Qrow I'm on my way call me when you get this love you bye." Winter was about to hit end but the sound and feel of a explosion flew her phone away from her. "Ahhhhh" she screamed sliding from the back to the front of the aircraft while it was going down. She reached for the also sliding phone and was able to press the end button. Crash

Shit Winters in trouble. Qrow thought hearing the end of the message. He quickly called ruby. "Hey Ruby, gather your team and meet me at the helipad!" Qrow said rushing out the door. "Okay uncle Qrow!" Ruby's voice was heard of the phone in her usual high pitch tone.

Qrow had been waiting on the girls for 30 minutes by time the got there. "Were.. Here.. Uncle.. Qrow.." Ruby said collapsing on the ground. "Never running again!" Ruby says from the ground. "Hurry up girls on the craft! Go! Go!" Qrow rushes pulling Ruby to her feet. Once they got inside Qrow started the aircraft and told the girls about Winters message. "But why would my sister call you and not me first?" Wiess asked. "Umm didn't you hear the 'I love you' part Wiess. I think they've been seeing each other." Ruby states. "Yep, yep." Qrow confirms Ruby's predictions. "What!?! But Winter hates your guts. She tells me that every time we talk!" Wiess screams. "She didn't want word to get around to your dad." Qrow says. "Then what did she want to tell you?" Blake asks out loud. "That Kitty Cat I don't know." Qrow says proud of his nickname for her. "Don't call me that, Bird. And I wasn't talking to you." Blake says staring out the window. "Me-ow, and the claws come out" Yang says smiling. "How are we going to find her?" Wiess asks. "Easy track her." Qrow answers. Only hours later the five land at the wreckage and Qrow jumps out. "Winter!!!" He yells. "Sister!!" Wiess yells right after. "Maybe she's uncontious, we should look around." Yang suggest.. With a bang since she kicked over a piece of metal.
