It Started With A Dare (Girl x Girl)

So, my name is Rosalinda Darkheart, don't mind my name though, it doesn't match my personality that well. I am 15 years old now and entering my sophomore year of high school. I've been confused for the past few years, some have called it an obsession. I'll leave it to you to figure out.

Now, before we dive into my story, I should probably give you some background info. So, one of my friends, Vanessa, she's gorgeous! Well, in my opinion anyways. She and my other friend Kristen are both in the grade above me and I absolutely adore them! They're really nice and supportive! You see, I didn't have many friends in 7th grade but then I met the two of them through a school play and well, we just became friends.

So, we all do color guard together and now they're both captains. Oh, did I mention that Vanessa was one of the coaches little sisters? No? Well now I did.

Every year Vanessa has an end of summer party that she usually plans throughout marching band practice. I went to one last year and I was really hoping on being invited again. Last year wasn't too great in my opinion, but it gave me a chance to get to know Kristen and Vanessa a little bit more.

One day at practice Vanessa called me over, I thought she was going to critique on technique as I had just dropped a flag, almost hitting my friend Nicole on the head. Oops.

"Yeah Vanessa?" I asked nervously, I hated when people yelled at me. I especially hated when Vanessa or Kristen yelled at me, I looked up to them it was almost an unhealthy obsession really.

"Well I'm going to have an end of summer party next Saturday, are you coming?" She asked me curiously, Kristen was next to her almost bouncing with excitement.

"Well, I don't know..." I eventually replied with a grin on my face. " I might have to check that extremely busy schedule of mine...but maybe I can find a time to squeeze it in!" I continued playing around until Kristen jumped up and opened her mouth. "Fine, I'll check at home with my mom." I laughed, I loved when they actually believed my words.
