The next day at school Adrian asked Charlee to the dance it the cutest way possible.He set up a mini scavenger hunt and sent to places around campus to find roses,at the last stop he asked her. She said "YES"!!!!!
Now I really hope I get asked to the dance because Charlee and I promised each other that if even one of us is has a date we have to go with eachother and I know that is not going to happen because she's had a crush on my brother from the minute they met. I'm a loner

"Hey man" Jackson said as he nudged me. "Yeah..sorry I spaced out."" Look what's going on with you keep spacing out or look at your sister and get so red you look like a tomato." he slightly chuckled. "I'd shut it I'd I were you" "Hey it's just a joke" "Jackson you're going to ask Gabie to the dance aren't you?" Yeah but umm but if..I cut him off "YOU CAN'T GO WITH HER!" I belted out. "Listen Joya, I like her,I'm asking her.You're taking her best friend and she has no problem with that.So you shouldn't have a problem with me taking her.Anyway she likes me too and don't you trust me we've been best friends since we were 6 years old."So there!"
He shoved me causing me to stumble.I punched him hard causing him to fall and I kicked him.Until I heard a familiar gasp and shriek.Oh crap...it was Gabie.
Gabie's POV
I was walking with one of my friends Leo when we both heard yelling from some of the lockers and saw a crowd.As Leo and I got closer I recognized my brother and Jackson rolling around on the floor like animals. I started yelling "STOP!" "STOP!". I got in between them which was a baddd idea as I ended up getting punched square in the jaw by one of them I started feeling light headed. I didn't realize they had stop fighting (thankfully) and both were just starring at me. Jackson came over and picked me up and I realized I was bleeding.He didn't look very good either with a black eye and a bloody nose as well. He walked to the nurses office and we walked in to kids with different reasons to be in there. Nobody spoke just looked at us. After waiting for a while they called us in. I say on the examination bed with my head down. "I'm sorry." Jackson said. "What?" I responded. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you this before...I love you." I sucked in my breath. We were silent for a while until I said "I love you too." he looked at my face and we studied each other's features for a while until he got up and walked closer.
My breath hitched. He came closer until our lips touched. I felt sparks and butterflies in my stomach (cheesy I know😂)
