Where's Pa?

Bunny smiled softly as he watch Gaia race after Baby Tooth, Tooth had let her come visit for a bit to keep the 3 year old Pooka busy. Jack was currently trying to tame a blizzard in Greenland, but he did send a snowflake or two a day to let Bunny know he's still ok. The older Pooka looked up to see his daughter hop towards him as she crawled into his lap. Bunny stopped painting the egg he had in his hand and smiled down at her "Hey their little Anklebiter" he set the egg down as it walked away and hugged her with a small kiss to his head.
She giggled softly and then she spoke "Daddy, Where's Papa?" Gaia asked.
Bunny smiled "is he ok?"
"Don't worry, he's fine" Bunny said with a small smile "He's just trying to tame a storm, he'll hopefully be back soon"
"He promised me a story when he gets back, its been a few days" Gaia said as she snuggled closely into his fur.
Bunny smiled "don't worry he'll be back before you know it" Gaia nodded as she looked up and smiled seeing a small snowflake float around the Warren before landing against Gail's nose which melted. Gaia yawned and Bunny nodded to Baby Tooth who chirped a good bye and she flew off. The Pooka looked down at Gaia as she bite back another yawn. Bunny stood and carried Gaia back to the headquarters, he walked passed his globe, down a hall and to Gaia's room as he laid her down in her bed, he gently kissed her forehead before walking out of her room and into the lounge. One wall was open to show the globe, Bunny watched it rotate slowly the lights showing brightly as new ones were flickeres to life and others went out. He looked right room see a book he had left open before and took it in his hands. It's was a small album book, Jack had laughted at Bunny when he realized he was making it, calling him old school. As unsal, the older Pooka didn't mind much and Jack even helped it out with it. Bunny flipped though the pages seeing photos of the family with the occasional other guardians showing up to sketches and drawings he did himself of either Jack and/or Gaia. The Pooka smiled when he stopped on a photo that he didn't realize Jack had took until he showed it to him the next morning. It was him curled protectively around a few weeks old Gaia and under the picture Jack at wrote onto the page 'caught him sleeping with a girl'. Bunny just smirked at that and thumbed the writing. He sat up quickly when he heard a familiar sound of air followed by a sound of feet walking on grass. Bunny stood up as he raced to the person who arrived, nearly tackling the tired winter spirit who just laughed.
"Happy to see you to" Jack said with a tired smile.
The Pooka kissed Jack before speaking "Where the hell have you been?"
Jack chuckled as he rubbed the back of his head "the storm spirits were fighting and I had to try and break it up"
"Jack Frost breaking up a fight" The Pooka said with a smirk "I've seen it all" They began to walk inside.
"How's Gaia?" Jack asked
"The little Anklebiter is currently sleeping, but she was asking about you before saying something about a promised story." Bunny said with a smile. Jack nodded and Bunny spoke again "you really should get some rest"
"I will, can I just kiss her good night first" Jack asked and Bunny smiled with a nod. They walked back to their daughter's room and Bunny leaned on the door as Jack gently kissed her forehead.
The small Pooka shifted slightly and open her eyes and smiled when she saw Jack "hi Papa" she sat up and hugged him.
"Hey Gaia, go back to sleep I'll still be here in the morning" Jack said with a smile as he pet behind her ear and she leaned into the touch her foot tapping slightly.
"Can you tell me a story?" Gaia asked sleepy "you promised". Jack looked at Bunny and the Pooka shrugged.
"Sure, would you like to hear about the two battling storm spirits?" Jack asked as he fought tiredness so he could tell the story as Gaia nodded happily.
Jack smiles as he started the story "Ok this is how it started..."
