Chapter three: volleyball

Sorry I took long to update just been really busy with school lately, I won't take much of your time go ahead and read!

~~~~~~~~GRAYS POV:~~~~~~~~~
After playing a good round of Marco Polo, we all decided to play volleyball
"I dibs on being team captain" flame brain announces, dibs? This guy seriously has issues.
"Hmmm who's the other captain?" The matchmaker asks,
"Gray Sama can be!" Juvia squeals grabbing my arm and I blush, and I say "Fine just because you're saying".
"Then it's decided, team Gray and team natsu" Mira shrieks clapping her hands together with anticipation.

Soon the teams were picked,
Team NATSU: Lucy, Levy, Gajeel, Romeo, Wendy
Team GRAY: juvia, Jellal, Erza, Mira, Laxus,
The exceeds were in charge of keeping the game fair.
Natsu hit the ball and I smacked it back hard, but he missed
"That's not fair!" He complains
"What? You missed" i say putting my hands up in the air.
"No you hit it too high" he continues to argue
"So, you still lose a point" I say crossing my arms over my chest.
"Oh since when were you the master of volleyball"
"Since when were you so dumb this is common sense"
"Shut up ice popsicle are you calling me stupid?!".
"Yeah I am and what are you going to do about it?"
"I will beat you to a pulp!".
Are debate stops at the sound of the whistle,
"Will guys quit it? Let's just replay" Mira commands even though she's not the captain but we both agree anyway.

That's how the rest of the game continues filled with arguing, debates and brawls after 20 minutes the score turns out to be NATSU=23 GRAY=25, to be honest the only way we had extra points was because of Erza.
Natsu whacks the ball and it goes flying towards Juvia, but before any of us can act it hits her on the head, knocking her unconscious and she collapses on the floor.
"What the heck did you do?!" I shout going up into his face,
"It was a accident" he mutters,
"Like hell it was" I reply sarcastically grabbing him by the shoulders.
"Stop it! Leave your arguing for later" The Titania shouts making us fall into silence "someone needs to take her to the hotel infirmary".
Without sparing a second or uttering a word I carry her in my arms there, my whole body burns with the temptation to bunch that stupid flame brain. Placing her gently on the infirmary bed my eyes dart for help but there's no one in sight, I finally decide to find a icepack myself seeing her bruise.

~~~~~~~~~~~~ISSACS POV:~~~~~~~~~~~~
I walk down the hallways searching for a hot girl that I could hang out with, I past the infirmary and see a cute girl laying there, it's that blue haired girl from before, what was her name?, juvia yes juvia.
She lays unconscious on the bed her hair spread on the bed, her pale skin gleaming slightly, her lips soft like usual, it wouldn't hurt to kiss her, I mean come on she's a babe.
Grabbing her cheeks I bring my face closer, I'm about to kiss her with every bit of lust when I feel someone tug on my shirt pulling be away from the beauty.
"What's your prob-" i get cut of by a punch on my face, feeling the agony everywhere my eye stings in every way, he gave me a black eye.
"Dont go near her! That's my problem!" He shouts gripping onto my collar, it's that raven haired guy that was with her before on the bus. I smirk slightly, he's protective isn't he that just makes me want to touch her even more.
"You bloody bastard! Lay a finger on her and I will make you regret you ever existed" he continues to yell filled with pangs of anger, I want to punch him back so badly, but it's good to stay calm in this situation.
"I'm sorry it won't happen again" I say smoothly but the smirk stays plastered on my face as I gesture him to let go of my collar, which he does slowly releasing me by jerking me back roughly.

~~~~~~~~~~GRAY's POV:~~~~~~~~~~~
I watch that asshole walk away without the least bit of guilt on his face, i kneel pressing the ice pack gently to her forehead. I stare at her lips, he was going to kiss her... the thought makes my blood boil again, but I shouldn't be acting like this I mean me and Juvia aren't even together. But she's mine no matter what, no guy can go near her I won't let them.
"Gray sama" she whispers huskily her eyes still closed, her hand reaches and soon enough finds mine and she opens her eyes slowly. I move her blue locks to the side that hide her forehead.
"Hey, does your head hurt?" I ask soothingly,
"Oh I got knocked out didn't I?" She says and my fingers cross the bruise on her head and she winces
"Sorry".

I stare at her and she gazes back with her blue eyes that I always get lost in, she really is beautiful..
