I walked down the street carrying my newly bought groceries as I went. Passing by the underground subway station, I made my way up the busy New York street into my apartment building.
I entered my apartment dumping my bags of food on the counter and starting to put them away.
After I had finished that I walked into my bedroom changing out of my school clothes into something more comfortable.
I sighed and made myself some dinner considering I had missed out because of my classes at school.
I felt a cold breeze going throughout the apartment. Looking around to make sure I left all the windows closed I walked into my bedroom only to find the window wide open. Puzzled I went to go close it only to catch a shadowy figure running down the alleyway.
