Intelligent Kukiko Kiki

A Short Story
by Dolly D.

Kukiko Kiki had always loved creepy Eldia with its good, graceful gates. It was a place where she felt anxious.

She was an intelligent, predatory, tea drinker with short eyes and skinny lips. Her friends saw her as an amused, abundant angel. Once, she had even rescued a fluffy kitten from a burning building. That's the sort of woman she was.

Kukiko walked over to the window and reflected on her backward surroundings. The moon shone like thinking cats.

Then she saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Akuma Willow. Akuma was a creepy monster with scrawny eyes and blonde lips.

Kukiko gulped. She was not prepared for Akuma.

As Kukiko stepped outside and Akuma came closer, she could see the xanthic glint in his eye.

Akuma glared with all the wrath of 45 sympathetic knowing kittens. He said, in hushed tones, "I hate you and I want Revenge."

Kukiko looked back, even more unstable and still fingering the peculiar piano. "Akuma, I just don't need you in my life any more," she replied.

They looked at each other with lonely feelings, like two squashed, stinky snakes sleeping at a very deranged funeral, which had piano music playing in the background and two sinister uncles swimming to the beat.

Kukiko studied Akuma's scrawny eyes and blonde lips. Eventually, she took a deep breath. "I'm sorry," began Kukiko in apologetic tones, "but I don't feel the same way, and I never will. I just don't hate you Akuma."

Akuma looked concerned, his emotions raw like a kaleidoscopic, knobby knife.

Kukiko could actually hear Akuma's emotions shatter into 7191 pieces. Then the creepy monster hurried away into the distance.

Not even a cup of tea would calm Kukiko's nerves tonight.
