"You have got to be kidding me!" My Mom yelled stopping the music for the third time 

"Maaaaa! You can't keep stopping the music!" I whined causing her to scold at me

"Here she go" I said to myself 

"I wouldn't keep stopping the music if y'all would just get it right!" She paused "Y'all must think that this is some type of joke, The show starts in less than three hours and y'all aren't taking this shit seriously. Look, I don't care what the fuck is going on between y'all but what I do care about is y'all going out on stage and doing y'all best cause what I do know is that y'all ain't about to claim y'all the daughters of Mindless Behavior and go out there looking like trash!"

"Erin,calm down" Aunt Jazzi said trying her best to reassure my mother

"Calm down? Jazzi do you see this? Wait..Do you HEAR this? They all off key and they aren't in sync"

"They're just stressed"

"Stressed? They haven't seen stressed! If they letting my stupid ass sons and nephews get to them then they aren't cut out for this, Jazzi we had to beg our husbands to let this happen and they are flat out embarrassing us but you know what since they wanna be grown they can figure it out themselves, I'm out" She said walking out the room 

Jazzi chuckled "Well, you heard her. Work it out yourselves" 

She followed my mom out the room and my mouth dropped. They couldn't be serious. 

"Now look what y'all did, we don't even have a manager" Nichelle pouted 

"I didn't do anything" I shurgged 

"Oh, so you didn't open your big ass mouth to snitch on me" Katherine yelled

"Bitch, you still on that? Get the fuck over it your nasty ass shouldn't be going around fucking ya god brother in the first place!"

"Our mamas ain't here now, you can catch this ass whopping!"

I laughed "And you can catch that case if you touch me" 

She got up but Zoey quickly got in between us " This is our problem now, we're fighting over stupid shit when we should be practicing, the show starts at 7 and its 5:30. We have to get our shit together"

"Oh please Miss Goody Two Shoes, don't act like you aren't part of the problem" Katherine started but Nichelle cut her off

"Guys, Zoey is right and so is Aunt E! This is the chance of a lifetime and we're blowing it because of some boys who already got their big break and I'm damn sure they ain't worried about us, we gotta get it together it's either now or never" 

The room grew silent and we all just looked at each other. I got up and started walking towards the speaker turning it on. 

"Now or never right" I smiled causing everyone else to get up 

" Five. Six. Five Six Seven Eight" 

"Look at my baby, Look at her go, She's driving me crazy! I ain't even know!"

"She go to work!"

"We the new hip hop, nothing in the world could make us stop. He like it so good,girls get mad when we come to they hood"

"They say I thought y'all was gone, well you thought wrong had to reclaim our title because y'all girls be swearing on the bible"

"That you better than me, but that's not what he said you can't beat the queens"

"Should've seen his face when I dropped it low had every body running to the dance floor and he said" 

"Look at my baby, Look at her go, She's driving me crazy! I ain't even know!" 

"You did a really good job with them" Elijah said kissing me on the cheek 

"I can't even take credit for this one, they did this all on their own" I said nearly in tears as I watched them perform 

"Oh, don't start. You knew this was going to happen" Jazzi said rolling her eyes 

"It was just so beautiful" 

"Beautiful indeed"

I knew that voice from anywhere and I just wish that I hadn't heard it. I turned around slowly hoping that I was just hearing things but I wasn't.

"What is she doing here!" I yelled as I saw J'Kayla standing there 

"You didn't hear? My daughter is the new back up dancer for Next Generation" 

"ELIJAHHHH!"
